- Soljans Estate Winery - New Zealand is renowned for its wine, and we explore the wine-growing district of West Auckland, stopping for some wine tasting.
- Riverhead - Our lunch destination is Riverhead, a place steeped in history dating back to 1857, overlooking the uppermost part of Auckland’s Waitemata Harbour (lunch not included in the tour).
- Mission Bay - Enjoy the stunning views of Auckland Harbour’s coastline, lined with beautiful native pohutukawa trees.
- Kohimarama - Another of Auckland’s inner-city beaches, formerly home to New Zealand’s native parera duck.
- Remuera - Known as New Zealand’s wealthiest suburb, where we explain how to determine the age of the old wooden villas and discuss their construction and other features.
- Mount Eden - Visit the highest point in Auckland (196 meters) with simply spectacular 360-degree views. This is one of 56 extinct volcanoes in Auckland, boasting one of the largest volcanic craters in the area.
- Tamaki Drive - Travel along this road, built in 1931, offering magical views of inner Auckland.
- Parnell - Parnell is Auckland’s oldest suburb, dating back to 1841, and is home to the Auckland Rose Garden and the Golden Mile of Parnell, with its numerous eateries and the quaint Parnell Village.

We had a great time... - We had a great time touring around Auckland. Our guide Mike ensured everyone was comfortable and having a good time. Our visit to the winery for tastings was very nice. The diner we were taken to for lunch had a nice setting and the food was excellent. Auckland is definitely a must visit city when in New Zealand.

An interesting trip round all the major sights in 4 hours - Clear instructions for meeting up outside the ferry terminal and pick up in a comfortable air conditioned small coach was on time . This is a wonderful introduction to Auckland, giving us a good idea of what we might want to see in more depth ( and what we definitely don’t want to !) and the layout of Auckland. Although it’s not an enormous city it’s very spread out . Lots of helpful information and interesting extra snippets from our very pleasant guide, John . We were going to pay for a hop on hop off bus for a day but this was much better, easier and surprisingly also cheaper .

Auckland all day tour - All day in a comfortable Mercedes van . Went to so many different places . Stopped at a delicious diner for lunch over looking a beautiful river. Tour includes going to a 5th generation winery. Pickup and drop off at hotel front door on time.

What a great day! Our... - What a great day! Our tour guide, Mike, did an amazing job showing us the sights and providing us with cultural background and history. He was also humorous and very personable so it was like spending the day exploring with a new friend.

Auckland on the quick! - This was an extensive Auckland tour visiting the major highlights. A must do if you a short on time and want to see a lot in a short period. Mike was our guide and he was fabulous and made my hubby and I feel right at home!

Best tour guide - Mike was one of the best tour guides we have ever had. He was so energetic, enthusiastic and you could really tell that he loved being a tour guide. Beyond his enthusiasm, he was quite knowledgeable about the city of Auckland, New Zealand and the sites that we visited. Would definitely recommend a tour with him.

Comprehensive tour of Auckland - This is a comprehensive tour around Auckland whilst also incorporating some short walks. Mike, our guide, was very knowledgeable about Auckland, combining good humour with interesting history and information. The lunch stop was at a picturesque venue and the choice of food/drink to purchase was delicious. The wine tasting was appreciated too. Highly recommend this tour if you have all day available.

Excellent tour guide and seeing Auckland in one day after cruising! - Our guide, Danny, was informative, professional and overall excellent. It's a good tour to see Auckland in one day after cruising before checking into the hotel. Pick up and drop off processes were smooth. The few items
That I'd change would be lunch and wine tasting. Lunch can be a simple pie, coffee and dessert rather than a formal dining that took an hour and 20 minutes. It's so-so and pricy. Wine tasting was done over a table with us tasting a dozen different wines. Wasn't worth the time. And the tour descriptions were more 'expansive' than reality.
