• Hobbiton Movie Set - Upon arrival at ‘Hobbiton,’ guests will board one of the large green Hobbiton buses for a two-and-a-half-hour fully guided tour of this incredible 12-acre movie set. A professional Hobbiton guide will ensure visitors make the most of their experience. During the tour, step into the lush fields of the Shire, explore 44 hobbit holes, admire the beautiful gardens, learn the secrets and stories behind the movies, and enjoy a complimentary cold beverage at the renowned Hobbiton pub, ‘The Green Dragon Inn.’

* Maintenance & restoration construction at Hobbiton is scheduled to begin on 01 June 2025, with major works expected to be completed by September 2025. During this time, construction and maintenance equipment and noise will be present. Tours will proceed as usual but will follow an alternate route around the construction area, offering a glimpse into the efforts to maintain the magical appearance of the Hobbiton Movie Set as seen in the films.

• Auckland - Unfortunately, it’s time to head north again, but the day isn’t over yet with a fully guided return trip to Auckland, including surprise stops. Depending on the weather and timing, guides enjoy making additional surprise stops. Perhaps a scenic stop by a lake or a chance to try New Zealand ice creams, and they love introducing guests to local wildlife and animals. Join the tour to discover where the journey leads!
