Very relaxed and... - Very relaxed and informative. Allan was polite and friendly. Saw and did more than expected. On time for pick-up and ending. Found ATM for us before ending tour was a plus!!

Excellent Day Trip to Sheep World from Auckland - We were so fortunate to have Jennine as our tour guide and driver. I really appreciate the Coast to Coast company and the owner Peter to still operate our tour even though we were the only 2 people booked! Many other tour companies would have cancelled with only 2 people in 12 passenger van. Jennine was an amazing guide and we feel now she is a friend also! We had the best time at Sheep World, after a very interesting and informative stop at the Honey Centre in Warkworth, NZ. There was a live beehive inside behind glass and it’s fascinating to watch the bees and the queen in action. We are an older couple, and we so enjoyed Sheep World. It’s definitely a place for all ages, not just for children. The new little lambs were plentiful, and their cries to be fed are so special! We were able to hand feed them their bottles. It was great to see the dog round up the adult sheep with just a stare, and then the other dog barked loudly for them to enter the barn area. The inside show was so interesting to see them sheer a sheep fully and how fast they can do it. Outside, there are many other kinds of animals that you can feed a bag of food pellets too. Sheep World was a very clean place and it supports the young adults of the area who have jobs there. I also enjoyed the well stocked gift shop, and check out their collection of merino wool-possum sweaters. The countryside that we drive through is absolutely stunning and we stopped at a few more places. Jennine had so much to tell us about her beautiful country, and she was so kind and nice. She also had a great voice to listen to all day.

Our guide was awesome! - Peter was a great guide and knew a great deal about the countryside in NZ. Sheepworld has a most beautiful mission-to help girls who come from families who have struggles and theses girls need guidance. They assist at the farm and learn many skills and patience. The show was just terrific.. and the animals

This was a great visit... - This was a great visit and show. We were glad to hear that it is also used as a troubled youth program. Nice job!

Sheep sheering and more! - I was looking forward to seeing how they sheer sheep and that we did! We even learned how they tagged the sheep to identify their gender and age then got to help separate the sheep into different pens by their tags as they came running in. Allan was very knowledgeable about the history of Auckland and took us to see Kauri trees in a micro rainforest and a manuka honey farm on the way to the sheep farm! It was a very busy day!!

Excellent change of pace 6-hour excursion from the city. - We really enjoyed the visit to Sheep World, the animals, and the sheep dog and sheep shearing demonstrations. The Springboard story should be retold and heard. We also liked the scenery on the drive there and back. However, the stop at the honey center was more like a sales stop, but no pushy salesman at all and it was only 10 minutes. We just had some hokey pokey ice screen and moved on, and spent more time stopping at various view points on the way back instead. The guide, Marama, was wonderful, kind, and very accommodating.

Fantastic experience! - We had a great time. We had the excursion all to ourselves except for the guide snd and a trainee ( sorry I can’t remember names). They took us all over the place to unique adventures, as well as the fun Sheep World. Very educational there.

Non-existent. - I did not go on a tour of Sheep World. My tour was cancelled because I was the only person in all of Auckland that day who wanted to see how sheep are sheared.
