Green night. - Extremely beautifull and worth seeing experince. I recommend for 150%! Green dance over the sky, never seen before such thing.

A great lighting experience, beyond our expectations - A great experience, Marco responded very quickly and professionally, we asked only the afternoon of the day, and in the evening we could leave smoothly. Originally expected to drive 2 hours to clear sky area, Marko team is very professional, about half an hour let us see the brightness, thank you very much for their positive and professional service

Best effort made to spot the Aurora - Amazing experience! Despite a cloudy night and low solar activity, the guides took us to spots with clear skies, waited for the Aurora to appear, and captured some amazing pictures for us. Communication was efficient and honest throughout the entire trip. It's important to understand that the Northern Lights and weather are natural phenomena; their intensity and occurrence are out of the guides' control. Don’t expect a "postcard" experience unless conditions are perfect, but these guys do their absolute best to find them even when the odds are against them.

One of the most terrible experience ever - Don't join this tour seriously, it just ruins your holiday. I don't usually comment, but this time i feel like i need to share my horrible experience with you all. 1. There is no information regarding pick up time and location before the tour. You need to contact the tour guide by yourself and would be added to a whatsapp group. You only got the meeting time and location at around 5pm sth. The tour started at 8pm. This is not convenient for travel plan. 2. The order is "with pick up". But the bus driver said my hotel location is closed to train station, asked me to walk to train station and only drove me near the hotel, refused to go to my hotel. There was a snow storm that time, very dangerous, esp for people who is not used to walk in snow and ice and in the dark. 3. Not able to see / capture any aurora with your eyes and phone camera. They only took a photo of all of you, after a while, (possible photoshop?), showed you the photo they took and said yes we caught the aurora. They did not even help you and your companion took any small group photo. May I ask why would I want a photo with some strangers and a photoshop aurora? 4. I booked " the chase", the expensive one, supposed to go to multiple spots for aurora. They just took us to 2 spots at last, with no visible aurora. 5. After this disappointment, I talked to a local driver the next day. He said actually it is possible to see aurora in kemi city district if the weather and all sorts of condition are good. I joined another aurora tour in rovaniemi 2 days later, was an entirely different experience, the tour guide was so nice and professional. After a train delay, I got a late time slot for visiting santa, so i told him can he pick me up in santa clause village, instead of the prebooked hotel pick up location, he said yes, he picked us up with luggage and sent us back to hotel after the tour. He did his best to search aurora in real multiple spots for us even when we all already felt asleep. He took lots of photo for us, no need time(time for photoshop), he showed the photo to us directly. We were also able to capture aurora with our phone. The aurora was pale greyish green, not bright as photo, but all of us were very satisfied and touched. So avoid this tour to avoid disappointment and anger. Good luck for seeing aurora if you are going to finland, it is spectactular.
