A trip back in US history to do a deep dive into the early 1800;s and the history of the Alamo and the birth of Texas. - I thouroughly enjoyed this trip back into history. I enjoyed the history of San Antonio and the Alamo. My dad grew up there and I had never been so It was well worth it. The tower of the Americas was nice as was the riverboat cruise. Our guide was fantastic, Her name was Jess.It was nice there was only one other person on my trip so it was very personable experience. We all chatted as if we'd known each other forever. I am from Hawaii and the other lady was from UK. Another highlight was the opportunity to stop for authentic tex Mex food at Mesquite. Very good street tacos and quesadillas. A stop at one of the restaurants that line the riverwalk would have been great as well. I was sad when the journey was over and could easily have continues on into the evening with these 2 ladies. I would highly recommend the adventure!

Informative and interesting - Guide was very good about answering all our questions, even random ones that had nothing to do with the tour, such as about other cities.

This was a perfect way... - This was a perfect way for us to see San Antonio! We didn't have to find our way around, didn't have to look for parking or deal with traffic. Our guide, Victoria, was friendly, knowledgeable & presented the area history with enthusiasm.

Great day-long excursion - This was a great day-long excursion. Our tour guide Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even let me and the other person on the tour make an extra 30-minute stop to have a drink at a historic bar on the Riverwalk. We packed at lot in during the 8 hours this trip lasted. I'd highly recommend it. The only thing to note is that there is no mealtime scheduled, so bring snacks or grab something at the Buc-ee's stop.
