Fun way to see the town - What a fun weekend treat! We learned all about Austin while having delicious treats and teas. Most of the teas were sweetened which is not my favorite, but they accommodated me easily with refills on the tea I preferred. The food was delicious. While you are dining, the tour guide does a fantastic history lesson on Austin and points out the various sites as we are being driven around. Definitely a fun way to learn about Austin!

Baddies on a bus! - It was fun, great views and the tea was hot. Very informative. Would have loved a few gluten free options. Me and my friends had the best time.

Sipping Tea while touring Austin - It was a wonderful experience. It was a great way to see downtown Austin. The Teas and food were great. The driver and Tour guide were awesome. I would highly recommend this unique experience.

Good experience, very late bus - The actual experience was very fun and interesting, the food and treats were super yummy and the tea of course tasted amazing, our server/tour guide/Entertainer was very nice and had a beautiful voice, she accommodated well and did a very good job of explaining the types of tea and such. The bus was comfortable and cute and nicely conditioned but a huge downside of this experience was the bus's lack of time management. I attended the 12:00 pm tour and I would not recommend that time if you have a tight travel schedule, the tour is estimated at 90 minutes and since there is only one bus logically, the 11:00 am tour collides with the 12:00 pm one. They recommend being there 15 minutes before your tour time to accommodate for boarding and ticket procedures, HOWEVER our bus literally arrived at 12:45… People were waiting for almost an hour while and and my sister waited for 45 minutes and it got very annoying, other than the extreme lateness of the bus the experience was good.

Only complaint was the air conditioning was not working and the heat was simply unbearable.

Poor Updating of Cancellation - We arrived in Austin and when we looked further into the app I found that the event for the 13th was cancelled! I should have been notified via text, not buried down in an app!!!

Unorganized - We never got on the bus. Our original reservation was for 12pm, Got a notification it moved, then again. We arrived for the 240 reservation but at 239, got another notification they are leaving at 315. Unacceptable. Paid for parking, got dressed. Had to find another activity last minute so our trip wouldn’t be ruined. There was nobody we could get a hold of to talk to for updates/reschedule/cancel.

Total Rip Off with No Recourse - If I could give no stars, I would. I booked a tour of Austin for January. The company cancelled the tour a few days in advance. I was assured that any charges were credited...but that was untrue. I was charged the full amount for 3 people and it is proving seemingly impossible to get my money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. IT APPEARS TO BE A SCAM.

Horrible experience, even worse food. - We bought this for our friends birthday, there were 3 of us and it was absolutely horrendous. From the very beginning the whole was unorganized. We bought tickets together, then get on the bus to find out they had no seats for us and that we'd choose to either sit apart or we'd have to squish into a 2-seater and also eat the amount of food for 2. When we complained, the "supervisor" dismissed us and said the seats are random and there's nothing she can do. The seats are random yet we received an actual table number when we booked and then they gave our table away to someone else? She was obviously lying. Going to the food, its HORRIBLE. Most of the food was not even edible, you can see how old and stale it all is like it's been sitting there for weeks. It's absolutely disgusting. The tea service is also mid, they give you two sips of tea in a plastic to-go cup. For $100 + this experience was probably the worst I have ever purchased in my life. Horrible customer service, horrible service in general. DO NOT BOOK THIS.

Terrible Time and Awful Customer Service - AVOID - If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased tickets for my mom and daughter to go on the bus as a gift. They had a miserable time due to the air conditioning not working on a 98 degree day in Austin, Texas. The bus even had to pull over at one point to let the chef off to get some air as it was COOLER outside than it was on the bus. Their desserts were melting and they were sweaty and overheated. The people on the bus kept apologizing and they felt bad for those working as well. I reached out to the company for a refund and their response was very much copy and paste and offered me a 5 PERCENT discount on a future booking. This was an expensive gift and experience that was TERRIBLE. Avoid booking this experience.
