Five stars! - Awesome experience! All of the guides were excellent. Each was welcoming and super knowledgeable, and their enthusiasm and sense of humor made the day fun and memorable (even in the choppy conditions on the day). The check-in process, boat, and amenities were top notch for making the trip as easy and comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Pure Snorkeling for your GBR excursion in Cairns!

Exceptional Service Turned Bad Weather Into a Great Trip - Very poor weather on the day, but the crew were outstanding. Their customer service, professionalism, and strong focus on safety made us feel genuinely looked after—not just another number. Easily the best half-day tour I’d recommend in Cairns.

Perfect package! - What a great package! A buddy and I went out on the half day snorkeling tour as we were a bit tight for time and had the best experience. The vessel is state of the art, the crew is so welcoming and friendly and the reef was amazing (helped by perfect conditions). Highly recommend this tour ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing day even in poor weather - Amazing experience on a wet and very windy day, the captain and crew were the ones who made the day so great. As a nervous swimmer in very rough water they were great at looking after everyone, making us feel safe and pointing out all the great fish, coral, clams and even a turtle! Loved it!

What an excellent... - What an excellent excursion! We had a great time and saw some spectacular marine life. The entire crew was knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Jared, Monica, Sebastian, Laurence, and Cameron! We started with a wonderful biological marine life presentation from Seb. The crew then helped outfit us with stinger suits, fins, goggles (prescription!), and fins. The boat was clean and well-kept with plenty of room and an open upper level. Once under way, the crew offered complementary fruit, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Same on the way back, with alcoholic beverages for sale. The trip out to the reef took a little over an hour, but was totally worth it. We were able to snorkel for about 2 hours with a few members of the crew, all of whom were concerned with everyone's safety regardless of experience in the water. The crew had motion sickness tablets for sale (cheap), along with complementary water and reef-safe sunscreen. Bring your own towels and a change of clothes, if desired. Truly a great experience! Highly recommend!

The best day out ever ! Book this one. - Unforgettable day out from start to finish. Warm welcome when we arrived , interesting marine biology talk. Monika knows her stuff. All kit was provided and before we knew it we were on the way to the Barrier Reef. Seas were choppy and we were going fast so consider travel sickness pills. These are available on the boat. I did not expect to last long on the water as I hate putting my head in but thanks to a very sympathetic and diligent team I was out for about an hour seeing the lovely corals , colourful fish , shell fish. Seb stayed with a small group of three or four who needed a bit more support and other people went on their own in twos within a marked off area. Kiki was also in the water guiding others. Two team members stayed on the boat for safety cover and helping on and off. The whole team are very knowledgeable and worked hard to make it a memorable day for everyone.

Fabulous way to explore Great Barrier Reef - The staff were fabulous- Alex, Monica, Kiki, and Seb- the reef was great to explore and the trip out to the reef was fast! We would do it again.
