Highly recommend this tour and this tour company - What an amazing day and tour team The crew was both friendly and knowledgeable. They had wonderful hospitality. The special reef they took us to was private., just our group of about 30. The reef was spectacular

Fabulous - Fabulous half day tour. I can't express enough how amazing the staff were they made our day, I was nervous getting into the open sea, it was choppy but they stayed with us all, kept us safe and allowed us to enjoy it. First time snorkeling for my daughter and although I've gone it before it was a long time ago and I'm in my 50s yet they made us both feel relaxed & confident. I can't recommend them enough.

Beautiful, well equipped... - Beautiful, well equipped excellently staffed boat! The onboard instruction regarding the use of the snorkeling equipment and safety measures while in the water was well presented. Having a marine biologist on board was a wonderful and much appreciated treat as well as the scones and fresh fruit provided!! Should you intend snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef, Pure Snorkeling is the way to go!

Wonderful day - Right from stepping on the boat until saying goodbye, everything was very pleasant today. We thought even if we didn’t snorkel, the enjoyable ride out to the reef would have been worth it. Fast clean, boat and only 40 patrons in comfortable seats; it was very personable both in the boat and in the water. Especially liked when the staff would offer to and guide us out to see some interesting creatures we would have otherwise missed. The 5-hour trip was the right duration.

great experience, friendly/ professional crew - overall great experience with pure snorkelling, boat as per previous reviews is in good condition, so is the rest of the gear they provide, friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff, tour was ran at about half capacity on the day. felt very safe throughout, took us to two spots, both very rewarding. provided cut fruit and scones as refreshment. 12pm departure was also a plus for me. would recommend

Amazing afternoon on the reef! - Wow! What an amazing afternoon! Very welcoming staff; very fast almost brand new boat. It was great to have a marine biologist on board, who was so knowledgeable! We visited two sites and the coral reefs were so vibrant and full of life. We saw a turtle and unbelievably a Tiger shark decided to make an appearance! Absolutely amazing experience! Just wow!!

Miracle ocean coral reefs - Staffs are amazing for giving us a precious moment. The ship is very clean and quite new. If you are Japanese, a Japanese man would assist you everything in Japanese. Anyway I really recommend you to offer this company!!

Outstanding!! - The best snorkeling tour I’ve ever experienced! (and I’ve been on many) First things first, the boat “Pure Snorkeling” is new, state of the art in technology and power. Its colourful paint job makes it easy to spot at the marina. All the snorkeling equipment on board is new and well maintained. The boat itself is clean and comfortable with 2 spacious and clean bathrooms. Snacks and water are served during the trip, alcohol is available for purchase, but only after the conclusion of the tour. Secondly, The Crew! They’re awesome! They are certified, experienced and professional but also engaging, friendly and fun. They are also very knowledgeable about the sea life and the coral reef. The crew love what they do, and it shows!! From our first contact with Nicole, the reservations concierge, to the crew, Captain Byron who welcomes you aboard to Michelle, who expertly outfitted us with the proper equipment, to Lydia and Taiki who gave us instructions on how to use the equipment and instructions on hand signals that might be used by the Captain that are designed to keep everyone safe in the water. 2 instructors were in the water at all times with a floatation ring which provided a place to rest or a place to just hang out and ask questions about the sea life. Would highly recommend - Staff are kind and always there for you they will take you to the best bits of coral. I would highly recommend. Would go again.
