• Austrian Alps - Enjoy a scenic drive through the majestic Austrian Alps. The journey will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, including a stop at the panoramic viewpoint of Zugspitze Mountain.

Tickets for the castle visit will be arranged to ensure entry. A local guide will provide a tour in English or another preferred language (please specify your preference in advance).

Reaching the castle involves a 30-minute walk uphill, or you can opt for a bus (payable on-site) or a horse-drawn carriage (additional cost). Horse rides are subject to time availability before the castle entry.
IN WINTER - Hiking or using a coach is necessary as buses do not operate, and there are no queues.

Tickets must be reserved at least 8 days before the tour date! Payment is required in cash on-site (23.5 Euros per adult, 2.5 Euros per child under 18).

Booking less than 30 days in advance does not guarantee castle entry tickets, but efforts will be made to secure them.

• Queen Mary’s Bridge (Marienbrucke) - Visit Mary’s Bridge for stunning views of Neuschwanstein Castle. Depending on time and queue length (no skip-the-line service), the bridge visit will be included.

The bridge is closed in winter, but alternative viewpoints are available for those prepared to hike in snowy or icy conditions. Suitable footwear is recommended.

• Schloss Hohenschwangau - OPTIONAL: Explore Ludwig’s family castle, including the family kitchen, and capture beautiful photos with the Alp lake view. Please inform us in advance if you wish to visit inside, so tickets can be arranged. Additional payment required.

ONLY ONE additional option is possible.

• Zugspitze - During the tour, enjoy a stop at a viewpoint with breathtaking views of Zugspitze Mountain and Blindsee Lake, Germany’s highest. A beautiful lake view is also behind you.

OPTIONAL (Only one additional option is possible): Visit the Zugspitze Cable Car, which takes you to the summit in 20 minutes with stunning views. This option can replace the Hohenschwangau visit (not both). Tickets: 60 Euros per adult.
Winter operating times: 29.11. - 01.12.2024, 06.12. - 08.12.2024, daily 13.12.2024 - 27.04.2025.
In winter, weather conditions at the summit may cause unexpected cable car closures.

• Highline179 - OPTIONAL: Experience the thrilling Highline179, the longest suspended pedestrian bridge in the Alps, connecting two historic sites. Walk high above the stunning alpine landscape, surrounded by breathtaking views and medieval castle ruins.

Tickets: €19 per person (includes bridge, castle access, and train cable car).
If heights are not your preference, enjoy the views by taking the train-cable car to the ruins without crossing the bridge.

Tickets for Castle Neuschwanstein will be reserved for you in advance (to be paid in cash on-site, not included in the tour price). For Hohenschwangau Castle, please inform us.

• Please inform us with booking about wheelchair or stroller. We have to book special support service in castle for wheelchair. Please be aware that we have to push uphill and downhill wheelchair or stroller till entrance of the castle from bus stop. Bus cannot stop near entrance to the castle.

• MUST BRING YOUR TRAVEL PASSPORTS (with VISA if needed) with you! You will cross the border. In case of control and no passport, police has right to arrest you as refuge!
