They will demonstrate how they train and collaborate with their dogs to locate truffles, highlighting the crucial bond between the dog and the farmer. Guests will also learn about the extensive work involved behind the scenes: nurturing the trees, safeguarding the soil, and patiently awaiting the right season to harvest these valuable “black diamonds.” This is a fantastic chance to appreciate the passion, tradition, and commitment inherent in truffle farming.

• Uzes - Proceed to the beautifully preserved medieval town of Uzès. Wander through its pedestrian streets, admire the elegant stone facades, and enjoy some free time for lunch. On Wednesdays, visitors can explore the vibrant farmers’ market or choose a restaurant on the renowned Place aux Herbes, one of the most charming squares in the area.
• Pont du Gard - In the afternoon, visit the UNESCO-listed Pont du Gard, a marvel of Roman engineering from the 1st century AD. Walk with your guide towards the aqueduct for an introduction to its history before enjoying free time to explore the site at your leisure. Entrance is included.
• Le Clos Des Sources - Conclude the day at a welcoming family-owned winery located in a beautifully restored farmhouse.
