• Wonderful City of Mendoza - The tour begins by picking up passengers from central accommodations.
• Pasrai Olive Boutique - The first stop is a traditional olive grove in Maipu, where visitors will learn about the production process and sample various products.
• Maipu - After the olive grove visit, the tour continues to three wineries in Maipu, known as “the cradle of wine and olive.” These small regional wineries (Corbel, Esencia, Viña El Cerno) with limited production will welcome guests to demonstrate their winemaking methods. At each location, at least three wines will be tasted! The final winery will host a four-course lunch paired with wines. Vegetarian options are available, and options for coeliacs and vegans are offered with 48 hours’ notice.
• Wonderful City of Mendoza - After lunch, the tour returns to the city. Depending on traffic, the journey from the winery to passenger drop-off at accommodations takes approximately 1 hour.

• Tips

Visit an organic winery and then a biodynamic winery. Learn about their philosophies, their ways of making wines while respecting the ecosystem. There you will taste some of their wines in expert-guided tastings. Then we will head to one of the most renowned wineries in Argentina. By visiting this large-scale winery you will learn about traditional winemaking. The tour ends with a gourmet lunch paired with excellent quality wines.
