Our (Unexpected) VIP UTV Day in Aruba - My husband and I booked a UTV tour with RealDeal through Divi All Inclusive, expecting a fun day exploring Aruba. What we got instead? A full-blown VIP adventure we’ll be talking about for years. Our guide, Alex, picked us up at the resort (side note: another couple--unknown to us--was supposed to be taking the tour too, but they bailed at the last minute...their loss equaled our private tour upgrade). After a quick pit stop at the office to sign the “we promise not to be idiots” paperwork, we were off with Alex leading the way in one UTV while my husband and I followed behind in ours. After he realized we were comfortable with the UTV and could keep up, the tour really got going...and that’s when the real fun began. Yes, we hit all the must-see spots, but that was just the beginning. Alex took us WAY beyond the typical tour route. We cruised through local neighborhoods and explored what felt like every inch of the national park. At every stop, Alex hopped out with us, shared the history, answered questions, and never once made us feel rushed. It felt less like a tour and more like an adventure with a really knowledgeable (and genuinely awesome) friend. We’re pretty sure we went way over the scheduled tour time, but not a single complaint here. In fact, it ended up being one of the BEST days of our entire trip. When it was all over, Alex dropped us back at the resort and we were already trying to figure out how soon we could do it again. If you’re on the fence... JUST BOOK IT. And if you can, ask for Alex. Absolute legend!

UTV off-road adventure - Had a great time on our UTV off-road adventure. Beautiful scenery and a very exciting ride. Alejandro was our guide and he was the best! He was very friendly and full of information about all of the stops on the tour. Such a fun day.

UTV tour - Alejandro is hands down the best tour guide in Aruba. His charisma and knowledge made the afternoon a blast. Highly recommend taking a UTV tour with him. He’s like family.

Outstanding Tour with Alex - Highly Recommend! - We had an absolutely fantastic private tour for four people with Alexis (Alex) from Real Deal Car Rental and Tours. It was truly one of the highlights of our Aruba trip. Alex took us to the Casibari Rock Formation, Bushiribana Gold Mine Ruins, Natural Bridge, Alto Vista Chapel, and the California Lighthouse. We finished our tour with a stop at a gorgeous beach for a refreshing swim. At every stop, Alex shared a wealth of interesting information. He went above and beyond by showing us extra sights along the way and personalizing the tour to match our interests. This made the experience feel extra special. Alex kept us entertained the entire four hours—we were laughing, smiling, and thoroughly enjoying ourselves the whole time. On top of that, he is an excellent and very safe driver, which made us feel completely comfortable throughout the tour. If you’re looking for an extremely knowledgeable, fun, and professional guide who truly cares about giving you an unforgettable experience, Alex is the real deal. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

A must do in Aruba!! - We booked this trip through the resort and they recommended Real Deal. It was a fantastic experience. Winston was our guide for the day. He picked us up promptly at the resort and after getting us into our machines led us up the east coast of the island. There were several interesting stops along the way and Winston did a great job of explaining what we were seeing. The last stop was a refreshing jump into the ocean on the northwest corner of Aruba. I would highly recommend this trip - and Winston- we will book this again on our next trip to Aruba.

Don't hesitate to book! - Amazing experience from start to finish! UTV was just outside the cruise port and we got to explore the entire island at our own pace!

Off road driving tour what a way to see Aruba!! - Our concierge Neli set us up with this adventure. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was awesome. Alex our guide was awesome! The experience of the off rode driving and the history of the island is a must do experience!

Fun tour! - The UTV tour was fun and a different way to see the less developed parts of the island. Bring a bandana or face covering and be prepared to be dusty (but it is worth it). It would have been nice if beverages or at least water were offered at some point during the tour. We had opportunities to purchase drinks but none were provided.

Do not rent from them! You will end up with a broken UTV! - This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a viator company. When we got to Aruba the guy was not where he said he would be. We wondered around looking for him for 15 min until someone, not with the company, told us where to go. They are not at gate 5 at the port and they do not hold a sign with your name like we were told. I tried asking him several questions but he was to busy talking on his phone to answer them. The lady that he had with him said she was with their marketing team. We tried to asked her about gas and maps and she told us we would have to ask him. We never received a map like we were told we would and we never got an answer about the gas. After little to no explaination he took off and we were left with this marketing lady. We asked her about the map that they said we would get and she told us to use our phones to navigate the island. I explained we did not have service on the island and she just kind of shrugged her shoulders. The UTV was rusty and broken. The check engine light was on and when asked about it he ignored me and ran off. We were told to only drive in high gear. Never explained why. Figured out it was because there is something wrong in the engine that wont let you shift out of high gear. Reversing it was a nightmare. The allignment was off so it constantly pulled to the right and it seemed that the powerstearing was going out. He told us no donuts and I laugh because there was no way to even do donuts in that thing because of how hard it was to turn in it. We decided after half the time to bring it back because the breaks didnt work that well and I was afraid I was going to rear end someone. Also while drivong some light kept coming on but when we would turn it off the light would turn back off. When we got back I tried talking to the guy explaining the check engine light is on and he said oh it's a sensor. I told him there is also a light that kept coming on while we were driving and he tried to tell me it was because I wasn't wearing a seat belt. I told him he was wrong. He then accused us of not filling up the tank. I told him he never told us to and he said he always tells people they have to fill it up. I was completely shocked by this. When I tried addressing the stearing issue he told me we just dont know how to drive a UTV which is hilarious because we have rented UTVs in the past and never had this issue. I decided at that point there was no point in trying to address any of the other issues because he just didnt care. If you are thinking about renting from this company dont do it. Their vehicles are trash.
