Highly recommend - We had a blast exploring the island! The driver was nice, took us to a lot of really neat spots, and loved not having to walk up some of those hills.

Very misleading images of the vehicle showing the roof opened - Well pick up by Carlos was in time, the vehicle a 4x4 van looked aged, when asked to open sunroof it didn’t worked, he said he never opened it before, locked in the van which it did not even had any side windows to open for a bit of fresh air, very misleading images with the rooftop of the land rover/jeep opened, we took another tour with the same company two days before again the roof was never opened with the excuse of a bit of rain drops. We booked these tours to enjoy a roof top view like it was agreed with Alexandre before booking but this never happened. We are very disappointed especially with this tour which again was private & paid very good money, we do advise all those who will be tempted to book a tour with this company to check everything beforehand even if you will be told that the roof will be opened, also contrary to the guide of the previous private tour with the same company which he went over & above to show us around, this guide looked not so keen, kinda rushed to finish the tour in time. After Azores we flew to Madeira & because of this we did not booked any tours with this company which operates here in Madeira too. We will avoid so we will not be dissuaded.
