Great experience - Zaki has been great, I recommend it if you are embarking on the adventure

Good overall, Zaki was excellent, but the desert (tent place) attention could improve - We enjoy the tour overall, especially the guide Zaki who was excellent, great person and guide. There were two problems: 1. The tour exluded two stops because of weather, out of control, but they told us once the tour had started. 2. The bereber dancing and music, and in general the attention in the tents was not authentic and serious at all, the place was good though.

Amazing experience in the 3 day desert tour - To describe this tour in one word: WOW! It was so cool, our driver/guide Zaki was the best guide ever, people like him still give me hope for this world! From the atlas mountains to the erg chebbi dunes, everything was amazing, would recommend everyone to visit, and one advice to the travelers: Talk to the driver, you will see how kindhearted and hardworking they are.

Mustafa, a top guide and driver - We did a 3-day desert tour with Mustafa, passing through Merzouga and Ouarzazate. He is an excellent driver, very patient and attentive. He did many things for my son who was sick, always with kindness and kindness. Every detail was well organised—from pick-up to accommodations and meals—making it a smooth and memorable journey for our group of six. The itinerary balanced sightseeing, cultural experiences and comfort perfectly. We especially enjoyed the stop at Todra Gorge, the camel ride into the Sahara at sunset, and the magical night under the stars at the desert camp. 🌟 Special Mention – Our Guide, MUSTAFA (6 stars if we could!) While the tour itself was fantastic, it was our guide, Mustafa, who made this trip truly exceptional. He went above and beyond in every way possible: • Genuine hospitality – He treated us like friends, not just clients. He shared stories about culture, local traditions and Moroccan history with warmth and pride. • Flexible & patient – He never rushed us and always accommodated our requests for photo stops, local snacks or short detours. • Professional yet fun – Always punctual, reliable and organised, but also had a great sense of humour that made the trip enjoyable. • Went the extra mile – From helping us shop beyond his working hours, to arranging airport transfer for some in our group, to making sure we felt safe and comfortable at all times—Mustafa truly exceeded expectations. Great tour; needs some changes - We already reviewed the transportation portion of this excursion. And our many emails to Imane at the office were handled beautifully. Overall, for the price, and quality of service, we think this is fair value, and would recommend it to others. Highlights included the quality of the tent in the desert (even at standard package with private tent/ensuite bathroom), both included dinners in Erg Chebbi and Ourzazate, as well as the breakfasts. Even the vegan was able to eat, after clarifying carefully with staff, because NO ONE in Morocco actually knows what a vegan can and cannot eat, despite them claiming to. There was sufficient time in Ait Benhadou, Atlas Studios, and the Dades Gorge for most people (we would have hiked the gorge if time permitted). And now for the negatives: Understanding that there are limited options for restaurants in isolated areas, you will be completely gouged for lunch on each day, because you are given a menu where you are essentially forced to choose a plated meal at about 150 dhs ($15.00 euros) per person, double or triple what it should cost in Morocco. You have no other choice. Vegan/vegetarian options are a terrible value. Bring food and be prepared to say no! On tour in Rissani, we loved the guide and kasbah, and then were brought to a cooperative, where we were forced to get a very long sales pitch about a million different items. It is so tiresome and unwelcome. We are not shoppers, and we don't care. This is so pervasive, we even had to endure a sales pitch while walking in the desert (we chose not to take the Camel ride), by our Berber guide Seriously. Even at the camp, while looking up at the beautiful stars, we were pitched a quad tour. Seriously. We wish there was a version of this trip that was only about history and culture. And this also applies to the Fes Medina tour, and Meknes/Volubilis tour, which we also did with 3T Travel. Case in point: we had 6 different stops for sales pitches on a 5-6 hour tour in Fez. It gets tiresome to say no. You only learn a little bit about the craft, and then they expect you to buy items at very high prices. The last thing that needs to improve is the communication about the day's events. Everybody we encountered, regardless of who they booked with, was confused about their daily program. We were all on a need-to-know basis. While it all worked out, it is not supposed to be a mystery tour. It is hard to relax, when you are not sure what is coming next. Again, we will recommend this tour and company, but a few simple changes would make it a 5 star experience.

Misleading Accommodation, Smooth and Good tour. - Zaki was a great driver and full with information and has been very kind to us. He navigated the roads smoothly and also took very good care of us. We opted for a maximum 10 person vehicle and there was only us and another couple . There was no issues with our driver and I would give him 5/5. The reason of the review being 3/5 is because of the accommodations which was a big miss. We opted for luxury desert tent and the 2nd night hotel was La Perle De Sud. The pictures shown by the tour agency and reality is far from what was shown which was very disappointing . Firstly the luxury desert tent was not as it was described and we were not happy with it. Secondly there was no workable WiFi available . Food and activities were good. Secondly the hotel La Perle De Sud room was dirty and they were disorganised. When asked for extra pillows , reception answered I don’t know . We felt the activity and vice versa was good but the accommodation is extremely misleading and very disappointing not worth for what we paid for. Would recommend to book by Get your guide or other platform directly than directly with them at least you can complaint if there is any issues to the platform versus you have paid and not much which can bring up the issue on hand because you have paid directly to them.
