Don’t miss this - Jose was a friendly, professional captain, providing a great tour with several stops explaining the stories and history of the lagoon.

Tour with Best Captain without the captain 💙 cap - Great experience and worth every penny we spent. Our Captain Angelo was very friendly, skilled, multilingual and knowledgeable about the lake and its eco systems. He made sure that we had the best time even though the weather was not cooperating at the beginning. It was raining little hard at the beginning but he changed the plan slightly to swim instead. It was so fun to swin in the rain. I recommend Angelo to future traveller.

Awesome boat day! - Very chilled boar trip with an amazing and very knowledgable guide Gonzalo who took us to beatiful spots in the lagoon and at the same time wasn’t overwhelming us. Perfect way to relax

Excellent tour - It's a super nice experience. I had an amazing time, we visited the most emblematic places of the lagoon and the treatment was always friendly. Daniel was a very good guide, who made the tour something enjoyable, a worthwhile experience.

Excellent 👌🏻 - Capitan Jonathan was a pleasure very knowledgeable and comical at the same time. Took the time to answer questions and explained in detail the formations and the science behind them. For nerds like me that was great! Made everyone feel comfortable and went above the call of duty even showing us the birds which was one of the highlights. There were many. Could not recommend enough. Will be advising people back home to book this trip!

We had booked a boat... - We had booked a boat tour, but when we arrived to Bacalar our hotel was shut down for remodeling with no notice to us. Our first priority was to secure another hotel, but I contacted this boat tour to ask for a change in dates explaining our uncontrollable situation. No one ever responded. Horrible customer service.
