Beautiful Sunrise - This was an incredible experience, watching the sunrise come up whilst paddle boarding on the lagoon is something I will never forget. The fruit served was a lovely touch and Miguel was very informative with regards to the lagoon and nature surrounding. Would definitely recommend this, even for those that are sceptical about an early start, this is definitely unmissable.

Miguel was a great guide.... - Miguel was a great guide. He was very attentive and made sure everyone was looked after, he even arranged a jetski for one lady who felt like she could not return by kayak. The tour was great and a must-do in Bacalar.

Not to be missed - To do absolutely!! Our guide Miguel was great, he explained a lot about Bacalar.
The tour itself is amazing, you start the excursion under the stars then the sun slowly rises over the lagoon, followed by a good breakfast of fruit and coffee in the warm water of the lagoon.

Super handling and communication - Unfortunately the tour could not take place due to rain. However, AdvenTours has handled this perfectly. They immediately informed us that the tour could not take place due to security reasons and we either rebooked or had the money refunded.

Must do at sunrise - Amazing experience, I was a bit anxious at the beginning because it was my first time to do paddle board, but it is definitely worth it. A real Must do! Samuel was the perfect instructor and guide, he gave us nice advises and kept an eye on us in particular when we were paddling against the wind! Beautiful view of sunrises and nature! Such a stunning
Way to start the day! Samuel also prepared a beautiful breakfast with toast and fruit and explained us about the history and nature of the lagoon! Very grateful

Start the day with the best energy - My first paddling experience on the board. Starting the day in a group, in the water and waiting for dawn is very nice, added to the challenge of paddling. It is not difficult: the water is very calm. In addition, the companion of the team (Miguel) is very attentive and motivating. I recommend it! It's okay to get up early to start the day like this!

Magical sunrise on the lagoon with kind guides, small group and a beautiful fruit stop. Calm, unhurried and unforgettabl - I really enjoyed this sunrise paddleboard tour with Sam and Miguel. Arriving in the dark and paddling out as the light slowly appeared over the lagoon was a beautiful experience.
Both Sam and Miguel were friendly, calm and professional. I was a little slower on my board and Sam stayed with me the whole time, with no pressure to rush and no feeling of being left behind.
We stopped to watch the sunrise and they prepared fresh, beautifully cut fruit, which was a lovely touch. The group size was small, which made the tour feel relaxed and personal.
A peaceful and memorable way to start the day. Highly recommended.

Did not show up to meet.... - Did not show up to meet. Arrived at 0545 gate was locked, messaged via Viator and WhatsApp no answer. Was asked by Viator to stay until 0615 which we did, they still did not show, still at 0809 no call or apology from the company
