Two thumbs way up - Great tour guide! Drove around a few highlights of the area for some photo ops and then headed to the temples. Got an great history lesson while taking in the sights. The shaded paths were nice despite the heat and humidity. We even saw a spider monkey and her baby playing in the trees! We then got snacks as we drove to the lagoon. It was absolutely stunning! Our boat captain was great too. He cut up fresh pineapple and mango and brought it to us in the water while we cooled off and enjoyed the serenity and surreal turquoise waters. The lunch was delicious and given to us immediately when we arrived. I highly recommend this tour and company!

Perfect day in Costa Maya (Cruise Excursion) - This tour was perfect! We were on the excursion with a small group! Juan was our guide and made our experience perfect. He took us around the Chacchoben ruins telling us an immense amount of interesting information about anything we saw. We stopped by a roadside stand for fresh mango and pineapple as well as pineapple bread. Our guide Juan cut it up and shared it with all while we were in the water swimming at Bacalar! Our driver was awesome and boat captain too! We stopped at a local open air Mexican restaurant for an authentic lunch. It was a perfect way to spend our time in Costa Maya! I highly recommend this trip!

Absolutely Incredible Experience – Highly Recommended! - From start to finish, this excursion was flawless! Every single detail we signed up for was delivered exactly as promised — and even more. The staff was organized, punctual, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Our guides were exceptional — they went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a great time. You could really feel their passion and dedication, which made the experience even more special. The locations were breathtaking: the serene lagoon was like something out of a dream, and the ancient pyramids were awe-inspiring. Every part of this excursion was well thought out and professionally managed. We felt safe, informed, and fully immersed in the experience. If you’re looking for an unforgettable adventure packed with beauty, history, and excitement, this is the one. 10/10 – Would absolutely do it again!

Amazing day with family! - The whole crew really went above and beyond! Juan is extremely knowledgeable, Erick was a great driver, and Felipe, the boat captain was wonderful! The combo was a perfect balance of cultural exposure and fun in beautiful water. Lunch was delicious! Such a better experience than the cruise excursions. Kids and the adults all had a great time!

Family Couples Trip - Local pick up outside the port, air conditioned van, small but comfortable for the size group we had. Tour guide and driver, did a really good job along g the entire tour. Juan Corona did an amazing job, he was very knowledgeable. He was born in the region, told us all about chacchoben and the history around the ruins, the restoration of the temples, and Maya mathematics. Took us to a local fruit stand, we had some fresh pineapple, mangoes, homemade cakes, and toasted pumpkin seeds/dried plantains. Love that they helped support several small local businesses. Took us to beach area and went out on a boat, snorkeling trip in area. Beach was alittle dirty at the time we visited, boat was alittle choppy on the water, group did see stingray, conch, shrimp, and some coral beds. We had lunch at a local beach front restaurant, really good and fresh, many choices to choose from. Had time to shop at local booths to find souvenirs.

VIP Experience! - This your company was top notch. We booked with this company for the premium small group experience. When no one else booked at the same time, instead of canceling, they gave us a private excursion. Leo, our guide was very hospitable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We started our trip with a private car, went to the ruins, where Leo personally guided my husband and I around, avoiding the crowds. On the way to the 7 colors Lagoon, our boat wasn't ready, so instead of waiting on the dock, he took us to go see the forts. He stopped on the way to buy a fresh pineapple from a street vendor, which he served to us once on our private pontoon boat. There was plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and snacks. The lagoon was beautiful and the perfect temperature. We made two stops to get out and swim. We brought our snorkeling gear, but there really isn't much to see, so dont waste your time with that. After boating, he took us to a restaurant where our pre-ordered food quickly was served. My husband had chicken fajitas and I had four different types of tacos. They were all very tasty. Overall it was a great experience. The only thing that could've made it better was maybe some music on the boat. But other than that, Leo, our driver, and the boat captain were all great!

Wonderful Communication & Accommodating! - Unfortunately we weren’t able to take our excursion due to adverse weather and our ship wasn’t able to make the port call. However they were very accessible on What’s App and completely accommodating, refunding us 100%. We were very disappointed to miss out on this wonderful adventure and hope to book this excursion again in the future!
