Don't hire Florence - He touched us with Florence and knows nothing about customer service! He asked us if we knew anything and if we had kayaked before and said no! Being in the lagoon he NEVER helped us!! It was even mere in front!! He constantly scolded us!! And I always went ahead!! We asked for help and seemed to talk to him at nothing!! Arriving at the dock he didn't even tell us where the bathroom was to change us and we didn't ask him but I'm a person who works at customer service and it wasn't the right thing!! Nationality have nothing to do with kindness so you don't hide that you are from Argentina! The Mexican is not able to give a good service but Florence looked like she was paying us! And the photos said that afterwards when it was just sending them on WhatsApp quickly!! But anyway!! It is an activity that can be taken advantage of but by people like her they do not enjoy themselves to the fullest!! It even seemed to bother him when we laughed!!
