No show tour operator - Tour operator was a no-show. They are, apparently, no longer operating in Sydney. We were able to take a taxi tour to the Alexander Graham Bell museum and it actually cost us a bit less than the price of this tour.

Horrible - Don’t book it! They were a no show. Very disappointing, we didn’t have a tour while in Sydney Nova Scotia.

Don't book with Lotta Adventures - Do not book with Lotta Adventures. They didn't show up, did not communicate and even Viator could not get a hold of them. Our group of 12 people was stuck having to make alternate plans on the dock.

Never showed up. Need a refund. - Tour company never showed up. Lotta Adventures was the name. Had to find a cab company that would provide similar tour. Will never use this tour company again. We had 2 people with mobility issues. We have used Viator in other countries and have had a great experience.

Never showed - No one showed up to pick us up for the tour. Wouldn’t answer the phone. Very frustrating! Other tour operators told us they hadn’t seen anyone from this company at this location this year. Only positive thing was they did refund my money. Shouldn’t have taken it in the first place if they weren’t planning to do it…. We took another tour last minute that wasn’t at all the same thing, not really what we wanted to do.

No Show - Bad. Guide never showed up. We sent requests for information and got no response. While waiting for Guide we called, emailed and and sent notification through Viator and got no response
