Awesome - The earlier start the better. We left Nusa Dua at 5:00 am. It took 2 1/2 hours to get to Lempuyang Temple (Gates of Heaven) . It took another 2 1/2 hours before we had our chance for pictures. There is Reason it’s so popular so start early

Ubud for seniors - We took a private tour for 2 people. Our guide was knowledgeable and spoke very clearly. Our trip to Ubud was long sitting in horrendous traffic which cannot be helped. We visited jewellery making, wood carvings, temple, rice paddys and highlight The Monkey Forest.

Was surprised when the... - Was surprised when the driver asked us what we wished to see. From the description of the outing I believed there was a scheduled itinerary. Refered to the description when had WIFI available and mentioned a few items to the driver. Day was long; but enjoyable

Beautiful places to visit. But maybe use a different company. - The place that we visited were beautiful. But our tour guide was sick and kept coughing. Maybe because he was sick he did not give us much information on the tour. He was a good driver. But that’s about it It felt like we hired a driver. He took us two places and left us there to enjoy them. We did not get much information. And that was a big disappointment.

More like Ubud crafts shopping tour - This tour takes you to multiple stops for shopping local arts and crafts, but to only one second-tier temple, in Batuan near Ubud. Guide-driver was very pleasant but spoke english poorly and could not provide much background information. We were also supposed to see rice paddies and a waterfall but could not due to a severe rains. Would not recommend to anyone interested in culture and history.

Not Worth It - My friends told me I could hire a driver for $40 a day who would take me to any site in Bali. I didn’t listen and signed up for this tour as the numerous sites seemed attractive. When met the driver also the tour guide, he told us the gate of heaven is 3 hours away and it would take hours to get in line for a photo. And suggested an alternative location similar to it. So we accepted the option. After a couple of sights, it started raining hard and we were not able to complete the tour. So, beware. There’s no refund for bad weather and after reaching out to management, they made it clear they wouldn’t give us any relief. In the end, it was a negative experience and do not suggest it for anyone. Avoid this tour operator and try someone else.

Mr.Patel-Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Book This Tour! - Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Book This Tour! Absolutely the worst tour experience I’ve ever had. First of all, the car provided was in terrible condition – bumpy, uncomfortable, and with no proper facilities for a 12-hour ride. I had to constantly ask for the itinerary because nothing was communicated to me in advance. Thankfully, I had done my own research, otherwise I would’ve been completely lost. The driver picked me up at 4:00 AM from Nusa Dua, but there was no realistic plan to cover all the promised destinations. It was a 3-hour drive to the first stop, and yet the driver kept rushing everything, saying he had to get me back to the hotel by 2:30 PM. He completely skipped key locations that were included in my package like Tirta Empul, Tirta Gangga, and the Monkey Sanctuary – all under the excuse that “there wasn’t enough time” or the “lines were too long.” This is either poor planning or a complete scam. The package clearly stated it included Ubud, the Gates of Heaven, and the swing experience – all of which cost me nearly $400. On top of that, the driver kept pushing me to give him a tip throughout the ride, which was beyond unprofessional. I was nauseous the entire ride due to the poor car condition and rough driving. No one contacted me the day before to discuss the plan or even check in. I felt rushed, ripped off, and completely disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to waste your time and money. If you must book, make sure you have a detailed itinerary in writing beforehand, confirm the vehicle condition, and be ready to stand your ground.
