A very professional driver who made our trips extremely memorable - We have just returned from a 2 week trip to Bali (staying in Canggu) and booked 3 trips in total with Agung and cannot recommend him highly enough. Agung was extremely polite and reliable, turning up at our hotel early on each occasion and was easy to deal with, communicating all details very clearly and promptly (via WhatsApp). My Wife and I wanted plenty of flexibility in our tours, given that she is registered disabled and we asked Agung to recommend a selection of places to visit. As a result, we were rewarded with bespoke tours on each day, highlighting various attractions, places of interest and the wonderful sights of the island. We have travelled all over the world and enjoyed many trips with an assortment of drivers, but Agung rates as one of the best tour drivers that we've hired. A memorable experience with a great company! - I recently traveled to Bali for the first time with my wife. We we celebrating our wedding anniversary. I never thought I’d be renting a car and driver here as I thought it would be better to just book a group tour. I was wrong, if I book with a group then I would have to wait for everyone as they would have to wait for us. This is a mistake in my opinion. Why would you want to waste your precious time waiting on others? You wouldn’t. Sure you have to ease and convenience of not having to do any planning or even thinking which is why most people opt for that. Well I didn’t, I did a bit of research and found that with the help of chat gpt I could get a personalized itinerary in a mere few minutes with limited information. Now to the booking, I booked directly through WhatsApp and as an aging 51 year old I’m not very savvy with tech but if you have data on your cell you just hit their WhatsApp bubble and start typing like you were texting. And just like that I was able to book extremely quickly within about 5-10 minutes with the owners quick response. I book a great guy Named Mr. Edy Sarwa. A local all his life. Very well spoken as he previously worked on cruise ships for over a decade and lived in the US for some time as a chef. While he arrived early as I booked for an 8:00 am pick up. I showed him my chat gpt itinerary and we were on our way. Right out of the gate we were immediately greeted by a brand new compact suv similar to a Honda crv and ac was blowing cold. I’m a decently big guy so the spacious clean vehicle was a welcome sight. As the weather in Bali is very humid we were very happy and comfortable with this private vehicle. I had booked the service for 10 hours and I enjoyed every minute as did my wife. The cost can’t be beat. It was cheaper than Viator and Klook and I was able to request and inquire about the car and guide prior to booking which is a definite plus. (My wife is sensitive to strong smells and would not be able to ride all day in a vehicle if there were any strong odors which there weren’t👍) As we ventured off on our journey our guide gave great detailed information about every leg of our adventure. We also weren’t sticking to just the chat gpt itinerary, he added two stops to it and in total went to, a temple, 2 waterfalls, lunch stop, 2 rice terraces, mount batur volcano, a take our restaurant (for our dinner after a long day) and lastly MIXUE, an amazing ice cream shop originating from Taiwan I believe. We did go over the 10 hour timeframe because of traffic but he did not charge anything extra. I did also want to mention I purchased him lunch although he didn’t eat lunch with us. I also paid for his dinner when we went for take out. Ice cream, and a cold drink. The reason for mentioning this is not to brag it’s to explain that being nice and respectful to someone who is sharing their home with you is not just a job, it something Balinese people take pride in and I respect that! After a long amazing day I tipped him $20 ird and we shook hands and said our goodbyes. When I come back I will be calling on this company again for their great services thank you I hope this was helpful in determining your visit to Bali.

US Georgia Girl in Bali - Agung is such a wonderful host and careful driver. He speaks English fluently and very well. We were able to communicate with ease as we shared laughs and he educated me on Balinese Culture, rice farming, language, and geography of the land. He was so thoughtful and courteous. He was also very patient while waiting for me to go from one activity to the next. This made it easy for me to find him after each activity and not have to call and wait!! Private Tour with Gede Susila - We were thrilled to have Gede Susila as our driver and guide for three days. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, spoke English well and was a safe driver. Gede took us to all the beautiful places we wanted to see (and he had read our requested itinerary beforehand): Tanah Lot, Taman Ayun, Ubud, Abian Desa Rice Terrace, Gunung Kawi Sebatu and Ulu Petanu and Uluwatu. He also suggested a beach, which was very beautiful. During the drive, he gave us valuable insights into the Balinese culture and answered our questions. We appreciated that he even accompanied us to the sights and gave us detailed information about Hindu ceremonies, temples or the rice harvest, for example. In addition, he took many beautiful pictures of my partner and I at the sights, so we have lasting memories. But most importantly, Gede drove very carefully. We always felt safe despite the very chaotic traffic.
