US Georgia Girl in Bali - Agung is such a wonderful host and careful driver. He speaks English fluently and very well. We were able to communicate with ease as we shared laughs and he educated me on Balinese Culture, rice farming, language, and geography of the land. He was so thoughtful and courteous. He was also very patient while waiting for me to go from one activity to the next. This made it easy for me to find him after each activity and not have to call and wait!! Private Tour with Gede Susila - We were thrilled to have Gede Susila as our driver and guide for three days. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, spoke English well and was a safe driver. Gede took us to all the beautiful places we wanted to see (and he had read our requested itinerary beforehand): Tanah Lot, Taman Ayun, Ubud, Abian Desa Rice Terrace, Gunung Kawi Sebatu and Ulu Petanu and Uluwatu. He also suggested a beach, which was very beautiful. During the drive, he gave us valuable insights into the Balinese culture and answered our questions. We appreciated that he even accompanied us to the sights and gave us detailed information about Hindu ceremonies, temples or the rice harvest, for example. In addition, he took many beautiful pictures of my partner and I at the sights, so we have lasting memories. But most importantly, Gede drove very carefully. We always felt safe despite the very chaotic traffic.

Private Driver Five Stars - Gede provided private driver services. My sister and I did alot of shopping in Changuu & Ubud. Gede was knowledgeable about the different artisan studios. He was friendly and patient.

Freestyle 1 day tour - Tour guide Yanika was patient and awesome in every ways. Thanks to her that we managed to explore quite alot of places. She is also quick to modify the itinerary as and when required. This enables our family to feel more comfortable and assured that the trip will be fruitful.

Great tour with Gede Susila - We had a wonderful private tour with our great driver Gede susila. He took us from the lobby of our hotel in Nusa Dua and through the way to Tanah Lot he answered all our questions regarding Bali Island and Indonesia. He gave us a lot of information and useful tips for our adventure here on the island. He stopped for a coffee and also drove us to eat fresh seafood. He made us a lot of pictures on the Temple and explained us a lot for the culture and religion of the local people. Thank you Gede for the great day.

Edi Sewa No1 - We crammed so much in, it's hard to remember where we went. I told Edi that I didn't know Bali so left it to him to surprise me, Which he did. Edi is Lovely guy, helpful kind and patient. I can't praise him enough.

Mafia practices to get you to take out their insurance. - We rented a car from the 13th of January to the 20th of January. We did it through the cartrawler platform. We also took out a full insurance with AXA. Our surprise was that when we went to take the car the staff of Klass Waben tell us: AXA's insurance doesn't cover everything and they argue that if it's minor damage that there's no personal damage involved AXA wouldn't cover the damage because they always ask for police intervention. tell us that even if we carry AXA insurance we have to leave a 3,400 euro bond and that they can take 90 days to repay. We are also told that it does not cover the car wash and that we have to leave it clean on the outside and inside. They also want to charge us 35 euros to authorize a second driver. tell us that AXA does not have 24 hour service in Romania and that if you have any problems they will not attend you. They tell us that the claims you have the Klass Wagen will collect the damages and that then you claim them from AXA and that they will or will not give it to you according to the claim and part. also that the loss of key did not cover etc.. etc... For all the above we offer the insurance of klass wagen for 275 €... but they give us some discounts if we buy their insurance and are: no need to wash the car the deposit is only 100€ they don't charge us the second driver's authorization I think it's a very clear scam because they take advantage of the fact that you don't know the country and they put everything very black for you to take their insurance... when we had already contracted with AXA, We talked to AXA afterwards and they told us that with the insurance we were carrying, everything was covered and we wouldn't have had any problems. WE THINK IT'S A FULL-FLEDGED SCAM BECAUSE OF THE INTIMIDATION YOU GET WHEN YOU'RE BEING HANDED THE CAR. THEY'RE NOT CLEAR TALKING AND THEY CONFUSE AND HOST YOU.
