Paid for Private Lesson, Got Left Alone - I booked (and paid extra for) a 1-on-1 private surfing lesson, but the experience was very disappointing. Before the break, my instructor was with me, but after the break he suddenly asked me to join another group — even though that group already had their own instructors. I was left on my own, trying to surf without any guidance, not catching any waves at all. This is not what I signed up or paid extra for. If I wanted a group session, I would have just booked one from the start. Instead, I paid for a private session and got treated like a group student (or worse, left completely alone). Overall, a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Definitely not worth the money ($34 SGD btw) its way too expensive compare to other surfing school which cost only $15 SGD, and I would not recommend this school if you’re expecting the service you actually pay for.

Super Bad Experience! Attention - Attention! We lost our GoPro, and by chance, the surf spot manager found it and demanded €500, although the camera costs €350, claiming it contained all our precious memories. I've sent screenshots of the conversation with the manager to GetYourGuide's support team. If you're considering leaving, please keep a close eye on your belongings. I'm drafting this comment from the police station to file a complaint against them. Be vigilant. Additionally, they blackmailed me because of the videos stored on the GoPro, resulting in the loss of all my memories and memorable moments in Bali, as if my trip never happened. That's why they demanded much more than the price of a new camera.
