- Kecak and Fire Dance - The Kecak Dance, one of Bali’s most renowned performances, was created in the 1930s by Balinese artist Wayan Limbak in collaboration with Walter Spies, a German painter and musician. Drawing inspiration from the sacred Sanghyang dance, which is performed to repel negative spirits, they transformed the ritual into a dramatic storytelling dance based on the Ramayana epic. Unlike traditional Balinese dance, the Kecak Dance does not use musical instruments; instead, it relies entirely on the synchronized chanting of a large male chorus, producing the famous “cak-cak-cak” sound.

I really enjoyed the attention to detail. - Mr. Gayday guided me.
They sent me a message in advance, and on the day of the event, they arranged a place where the kecak dance was very easy to see.
It made me feel safe from start to finish and I really enjoyed it.
It was an unforgettable experience that gave me a solid sense of Balinese culture and atmosphere.
Our guide, Gayday, gave us a tour in English, but we didn't feel any inconvenience because he spoke in an easy-to-understand manner so that we could understand even with English proficiency as high as middle school English and had conversations to entertain us.

It was an amazing experience and a guide - It was a great tour to experience the Kecak dance at Uluwatu Temple and local food.
The guides were very kind and prepared mineral water for us and showed us at the best time to secure the best position for kecak dancing.
Kecak Dance is a show designed to be entertaining as well as to give you a sense of Balinese culture and art, and is definitely worth a visit to Bali.
Despite our poor English, they communicated hard and we enjoyed the long drive from Seminyak.

Excellent, exciting, memorable and beautiful - We were in Bali for the first two weeks of November 2025. Yogi was taking us to all the places in Bali. Best tour guide /driver and would highly recommend him . He became like a family in those two weeks. A thorough gentleman who went out of his way to make our holiday very special and memorable. Today was my third consecutive day touring Bali with Gede Putra, and choosing the same driver-guide again says everything. From the first day until today, Gede has been consistently professional, friendly, punctual, and genuinely caring.
Each day felt different, well-planned, and tailored to my mood and interests. He knows Bali deeply, drives safely, explains things clearly, and creates a relaxed atmosphere that makes you truly enjoy the island rather than just “visit” it.
As I leave Bali tomorrow, I can honestly say that Gede played a big part in making this trip special and unforgettable. If you want a guide you can fully trust and feel comfortable with from day one, Gede Putra is the best choice.

An excellent day exploring some of Bali with an excllent Guide! - We had a great day out exploring some of the sights of the island with Mr Gede Ari.
Ari met us at our hotel at the arranged time, nice smart well presented car, Refreshments on board - and a power bank,which i was very appreciative of as id forgotten to charge my phone overnight.
1st stop was the monkey forest, great to see the monkeys in the wild, clearly quite used to human interaction, have to watch out for the cheeky ones - one grabbed my sunglasses and threw them in the river, goodbye sunglasses!!!
Next stop the paddy (rice) fields and terraces, fascinating to see how rice is grown on what is not much more than a cliff edge, there are zip wires, swings lots of activities should anyone want to partake, i was more interested in all the tropical plants there...
stopped for lunch at D-Alas Warung, great food and a good place for us to watch the weather come in as it started thundering and the rain started. there.
following lunch, we went to Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu temple, a beautiful temple, not over loaded with tourists! - you can do purification ceremony here.
we set off to see a waterfall, but the rain became heavier and heavier, to the point of every street was a river, so we decided not to head there, and headed back to hotel, save the waterfall for another time!
our drive and Guide - Ari, what a lovley guy, great english language skills, very good guide explaining many things, he is someone that is enjoyable to be with and has a great sense of humor, oh and he seems to know everybody in Bali!!!!!

Unforgettable Experience! - We had a great day with Prayoga to Uluwatu. He was more than attentive to all our questions and needs. He answered all of our questions and made sure we are happy at all times. He knew exactly when to give us some space to enjoy the moment and when to stay close to us and guide us through the crowds. We didn’t have to stand in any cues or worry about when and how to get to each place. We highly recommend this tour and we are so grateful to have spend this time with Prayoga.

Great day in Uluwatu with temple, beach and Kecak dance! - We had a really great trip to Uluwatu! The tour was super well organized and organized. Our guide Prayoga was totally attentive and stopped with us on the way at an ice cream shop, showed us a small and quiet place on the beach of Uluwatu before we went to the temple and saw the Kecak dance at sunset. It was an incredibly great experience and we are really happy with the day and the tour! Thanks for Prayoga!! 🙌🏼

Great Uluwata Tour! - Gede was great! On time, knowledgeable and flexible given we’ve got three kids with us! We went to Padang Padang beach, the temple and saw the fire dance - he handled tickets and guided us. We then stopped for dinner at a western-friendly spot.
