Memorable Experience - We had the hotel Navigator / Concierge book the tickets for the 1800 / 6pm show. That affords a remarkable sunset backdrop; albeit, the solar load remains strong until the sun is just above the horizon. The Navigator was able to send the payment link via WhatsApp, where you can use credit, debit, PayPal and others. Once you have your QR code, you need to show up about 1700/ 5pm and collect the tickets. We recommend you go straight to the amphitheatre since the best seats will fill up swiftly (no seat reservations). My wife and I have seen it several times before. It was the first time for our twins, now a dozen years old. Perched 50m above the sea, the setting is impressive and memorable. You might want to bring a light seat cushion as the stone and wood structure is unyielding. Well worth the reasonable ticket price, we highly recommend the Uluwatu Temple Kecak Dance.

Have to experience it - We watched the sunset at the top of the temple , views were amazing 😍 monkeys are crazy over there especially at the car park so be careful they are aggressive if in their way or you have anything on you. The fire dance was an experience and so interesting you even get a description prior to it know what it’s about . Would recommend to do it in the evening as the fire flames makes it so much 🤗

Kecak dance, give your self time at Uluwatu to see temple and sunset. - The Kecak dance is fantastic and in this setting it is great. The monkeys are scary. I would recommend pre purchasing your tickets for the Kecak dance, it saves time. You are still required to pay additional for access to Uluwatu temple. We did not arrive early enough to see the temple as the line for the Kecak dance was already very long we felt we needed to join it. We stood in line for more than 30 minutes with people pushing in, high humidity and no where to sit. For some people this would be a struggle. So if you want to see the sunset, temple and the Kecak dance please give yourself ample time

Average - Too crowded, long queues in balmy weather even though you buy a ticket online in advance. Been to the dance multiple times in 15 years and it remains a wonderful spectacle but be prepared for the experience being less than ideal

Nice show but do not recommend - Very nice show but they do not limit the number of places. We sat on the floor throughout the presentation, all on top of each other. It was super uncomfortable and we are not enjoying the show at all

Packed in and uncomfortable - Would not recommend. The chanting gave me a headache. They changed the same thing all show long. They really crammed as many people as possible in so the seating was uncomfortable.

Overcrowded too many tickets sold for money making but no room to sit . Shambolic - The experience was awful. They sold too many tickets so there were people sitting in the stage floor and the fire exit stairs . It was shambolic and I had never seen anything like it . Very bad I would not recommend to anyone . So system of queuing . Clearly more people in the venue than there was room to sit . I wd never go agains
