2 hr experience turned 4+ hrs - We originally booked the 3pm slot, however the organizer suggested starting makeup/costume at 5 and photos at 630 because it would be super hot in the costumes; stating they had artificial lights that could be used. This was also listed for Kuta but was in Denpasar. We started about 10 min late since the makeup artist was caught in a little bit of traffic; but she went to town and knocked out the makeup and costumes super fast. She is DEF a pro. When she got started on our hair, we noticed that her pace SIGNIFICANTLY slowed and she was taking a couple calls. 7pm hit and she had dragged the first persons hair out for ~30 min and we realized she was likely stalling as the photographer was also likely running behind; another half hour passed and she had barely finished the second person. A little after 8, I messaged the coordinator about the missing photographer but was met with radio silence; mind you we were starving and thirsty because we skipped lunch and hadn't expected to be there as long as we were. The photographer arrived at 9PM!! Nearly 4 hours late!!!! At this point we were all irate and not feeling the photos. He proceeded to try and rush us through doing mostly group photos (we specifically told him no more but he continued.) when we finished he said we would get the photos the following evening (we did but had to follow up with the coordinator who almost suggested it would take another 24hrs). Overall the photos were ok. While I don't recommend this experience, if you sign up for it, do it in the am. There were a bunch of harsh shadows from the artificial lights in the dark.
