• Uluwatu Temple - Legend has it that this temple was initially used to honor a revered priest named Professor Kuturan, followed by another esteemed priest, Dang Hyang Niratha, who concluded his sacred journey here, achieving moksha, or nirvana. The area features several temples linked to the main Uluwatu Temple. Various religious ceremonies are conducted here according to the Hindu Balinese calendar.

Upon arrival at the temple, visitors can marvel at the stunning sunset over the Uluwatu cliffs. A traditional dance performance, lasting an hour, takes place around sunset. Guides will explain the dance’s significance, which centers on the rescue of a virtuous king whose wife is abducted by a malevolent king.

Relax and soak in the atmosphere as long-tailed monkeys playfully howl and climb the trees surrounding the temple.
