I was very lucky with the guide - I had an amazing and very knowledgeable guide Dharma who basically made the whole experience very smooth, enjoyable and unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who’s interested in the culture and religion of Bali. The only point I didn’t really like about the tour (but it’s not about the guide, more about the tour arrangement managers) is — When I booked the tour and chose my pick up point (I stay in Conggu) it showed the normal price, but after I booked and paid, the manager said I have to pay extra 250k for the pick up bc my area is too far. This info was not stated while booking the tour, and I assume it can confuse many tourists. Be careful

Wonderful Kecak performance! - The Kecak fire dance is amazing! It's a spectacular setting and the performance is very engaging and interesting. Do look out for the monkeys who will steal your glasses and cellphone. Our guide, Dharma, tried hard to look out for us and keep the monkeys away and he made sure that we had good seats and a bottle of water for the show.

Yudi was an excellent... - Yudi was an excellent guide going above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. Watching the fire show was fascinating cultural experience enhanced by the setting sun and cliffside location. Would recommend.

A beautiful memory of Bali - The half-day tour to the Kecak fire dance at Uluwatu Temple was superbly organized. My guide and driver Yudi was even on time at the hotel and welcomed me warmly. During our tour of the temple complex he showed me the most important highlights and took great photos of me. Particularly attentive: He accompanied me directly to the theatre and secured me a first-class seat for the screening. The return journey went smoothly and we had very pleasant conversations. I can only warmly recommend this tour to everyone – an unforgettable experience that you take home as a souvenir in your heart. Thanks to Yudi and Balisuryatour for this wonderful afternoon!

Great customer service! - I am pleased overall with how the tour was handled. I was notified the day before and the day of, i. change of pickup time, including who my driver was. Ketut arrived on time. He was friendly and cordial. He made sure that the monkeys in the temple didn't get near us. He's knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. He drives very well on those very narrow streets going to the Ulutuwa Temple. He's a pro at taking pictures.

Good afternoon/ evening... - Good afternoon/ evening out. The favourite of the day for many was the monkeys. There were amazing views at the temple and the show was entertaining. Rudy our driver was great, good communication before pickup for the tour and accomodating when we needed to stop at the supermarket. Thanks Rudy!

Beautiful - We encountered unfriendly monkeys, so we had to watch our movements. It was annoying to the point of not enjoying the environment. The show itself was really entertaining, and the sunset was spectacular. The timing was perfect.

Did not receive beach dinner that we paid for. - Temple and fire dance were fine but we were not provided the seafood dinner on the beach which is what we were most interested in. Instead we were taken to a subpar restaurant on a busy street and given a package menu to choose from. (No English so no idea what the food was) not impressed. Won't be using TripAdvisor again.
