Pink Sands so clean you'd think You could drink SANDS... And you CAN... But don't "Bottle it"... ;) - both HI and EL offer some of the most breathtaking and mind-blowing beaches you could ever imagine! the eyeshot from the HI beach is rumored to go as far as the beautiful continent of Africa, but that couldn't be correct Right? jajaja🤣! Beauty, warmth, salty seas and even the infamous Sands families range of delicious and professionally crafted beers which have received countless international awards and certifications; are available on these islands and all throughout the Bahamas and even in Florida (if my knowledge serves me right). Unfortunately (After the devastation of hurricane Dorian the supply may be minimal at this time) but with the strong and very hard working team they have behind them I'm sure they will be back and up to full capacity and running speed ASAP) But this review is four the stunning beaches which must be kept pristine and clean; no matter how few or how many people may be there at any given time. that is the most important part of this review. that the beauty and crystal clear waters; that offer both family fun and a love that can be felt nowhere else on this earth! Horse rides are offered on a daily basis and the crews that take care of these beautiful animals must be treated with respect along with the purposefully placed cleaning crews. respect admission trust and love are the

Best experience! - I don’t know how this company can have a bad review. I got to see so much in one day it was incredible! Everyone was very friendly. They made me feel comfortable and cheered me on to jump into the sapphire blue hole. We had our own personal photographer that the other company didn’t have. We had just enough time to see every attraction. The pink sand beach was breathtaking!
Thank you for making this trip so memorable!

Amazing excursion! - Exuma Escapes went above and beyond to make sure me and my friend were able to book this excursion. They were so friendly and helpful and we got to see so many things in this day trip. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants to take a trip away from Nassau for the day to see some other beautiful islands, hear about their history, explore and eat some delicious food. You have to try cracked conch! Not one complaint about this trip at all.

Jump in the blue hole! Need more time - Overall it was a great day. I do think that the trip needed to start earlier around 7am. The boat takes a good 1.5hrs to get to the island and vision is limited depending on your seat, albeit depending on weather you could get very wet. Once on the island you do a small cave, which could have been dropped IMO, the blue hole was actually awesome, be brave and do the jump!!!! It’s absolutely stunning. It wasn’t super hot (25/27) and was a little cloudy for us but the water was warm be prepared when you jump as it is very salty too. The glass bridge is very cool to see as is the queens bath. It would have been nice to have more time in harbour town and/or pink sands though. We only had about 50mins at the beach. Taxi drives and boat crew where all very very nice and looked after us all well.

go with different company - I cant tell you which company to go with to the pink sands- all I know is that it isn't this one. Incredibly poorly organised. Constantly herded like cattle and told to hurry up and then then left to wait around for 15 minutes for the next stop. The lunch spot couldn't deal with the sudden influx of the tour and took over an hour and a half for lunch. This then gave us only an hour at the pink sands - itinerary says 2. The tour seemed overbooked. Not enough room on bus for passengers and so given the jump seats to sit on whilst tour staff all sat in seats. Heavy rain on the way back with no cover at all and nothing offered at all. This is not an unknown in the Bahamas. If you are going to have an open boat surely some rain ponchos or something else is in order. It isn't cheap so go with a different company

What a scam! Stay away! - THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! I booked this tour for my family before our visit to the Bahamas. On the day before the trip, the tour operator cancelled our trip and said that the trip was cancelled due to bad weather and they would refund us. However, on the next day (our planned tour date), the weather was perfect and, you guessed it, they did not refund any of our payment. Till this date (almost 3 months after the supposed tour date), I am still trying to get my refund back. Totally unacceptable. This is the worst experience I have ever had to date. Period. What a total scam. Please stay away from this tour at all cost!

The Pink Sands escape that never happened - On January 17, we booked a tour in Nassau, Bahamas, to "Pink Sands", a one day boat trip to a remote island, and paid 789 US$. Somewhat later, we were called by one of Viators employees (from an Italian phone number) explaining that this tour might be cancelled, We agreed that she would call back the next day to let us know what would happen. However, we did not hear from her anymore. As it was unclear to us whether the tour would or would not occur, we did the following:- Called back to the viator Italian employee, and texted her, but no response- Called the local phone number as mentioned in the reservation confirmation several times, but no answer- Called Viator international service center several times:employee nr 1 promised to call back but never didemployee nr 2 promised to send an email but never didemployee nr 3 just hung up the phone after putting us on holdWhen we arrived at the dock from where the tour would take place in Nassau, Bahamas, other people helped us out and finally confirmed that the tour that we booked had been cancelled. We never received any message about this from Viator. We have the following issues:1.We would like to know as soon as possible when we will get the 789 us $ refunded2. Viator owes us an explanation about the extremely bad communication by their employees3. Viator should create the possibility for customers to contact you by other ways than international, often expensive phone numbers. Forexample, create a customer complaint form, an email adress or a postal address. We hope to hear from you very quickly. We were watching a Netflix documentary about the Fyre Festival in the Bahamas, and see some similarities, especially when I look back at the emails from Viator not to forget our tickets (several hours after the official departure of the tour) and the email to rate a tour that never happenedKin regardsPeter Klerkx and Sytze van Dam
