10/10 - Never a dull moment! - Great tour if you're looking for a little bit of adventure and physical activities. Never a dull moment! We started out with kayaking from Balandra main beach into the mangrove lagoon, where our marine biologist Danny explained to us the ecology and spotted the nearby seabirds, then snorkeled on our way back - the water was fairly calm, and Danny showed me a sea urchin! After getting back to the beach, I went with Alex to hike along the water front, then up the hill to come over to Tecolote beach where lunch awaited. The hiking stretch was a little bit physically challenging as we needed to be careful walking in the rocky intertidal zones, and up the rocky desert hills, but Alex was kind and patient and making sure that I felt comfortable and safe going at my own pace. I never felt pressured or rushed - we took breaks as needed (the landscapes from up top were amazing too!) and took dips in the clear, refreshing ocean along and after the hike, which felt so rewarding! The tour was not only fun, but both Danny and Alex were very knowledgeable. It was not just a simple trip to a famous beach but I learned a lot and feel more appreciative of the local conservation efforts. Highly recommended - definitely bring along some water shoes and some bandana and long-sleeved for sun coverage!

100/10 - Yesterday was a dream! Karen the coordinator did the most to get us to and back from the tour. 10/10 with Alejandro & Danny our tour guides! They were attentive to our needs, and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the peoples effort to keep La Paz clean and safe from damages of infrastructure. We also enjoyed the intimate tour as only another couple joined. This was truly amazing! Thank you MTA and thank you La Paz for the beautiful memories. #protectlapaz #protectthemangroves

Marine cultural learning - Good option to not only reach the entry point of the sloop beach and stay there as long as allowed if it is something tired and physical activity to estimate but the experience not only of appreciating the landscapes but of the knowledge of your guide biologists makes the unique learning tour of the area

Amazing Balandra Adventure - One of my top adventures. Balandra is a paradise and this excursion allows full access to the mangrove, snorkeling, a gorgeous marine walk and hike. Our guides, Eduardo and Esteban were so warm and knowledgeable, they made the experience unforgettable. Ceviche on the beach was a fantastic ending to an unforgettable day.

Excellent experience I would definitely repeat. - All the activities carried out were 100%, recommended to a thousand. Thanks especially to our guides Esteban and Alberto, they gave us snacks, water and food of course. To those who will go, I recommend good shoe that can be wet and lots of blocker.

- This tour deserves all the stars. We had a fantastic day kayaking in the mangrove lagoon, snorkeling all to ourselves in open water, and hiking (often through the low tide - be prepared with good water shoes & a sense of adventure) along several of Balandra's 7 beaches & finally up over the ridge to reach Tecolote Beach, where lunch awaited. If you're lucky you'll have Mateo and Alberto as your guides. Both are marine biologists by training and have deep knowledge about the ecology and conservation practices in the region. An absolute delight to spend the day with them. Highest recommendation.

No show of the Agency with no prior warning! - They simply didn’t show up at the designated place and location! I don’t think I need to describe anything else, that was such an unprofessional attitude, I had two days in La Paz for Tours, and I simply lost the second and last because of them.
