September 18 - WELCOME AND SUNSET DAY IN ES VEDRÀ

Es Vedra - Arrival in Ibiza and transfer to our accommodation at Cas Català, just 5 minutes from the airport.

• Welcome, group introduction, and home presentation for the upcoming five days.
• Introductory session on freediving and hiking.
  Hiking: First route to explore Es Vedrà, an impressive viewpoint with cliffs, caves, and a stunning sunset.
  Night: Meet our chef, Sonia, and enjoy a delightful dinner.
• Presentation of activities and space for questions.

Please note that breakfast and lunch are not included.

September 19 - APNEA AND SEA

Sa Caleta - We will share personal experiences and knowledge about the sea, setting the stage for our journey.
We will cover essential topics such as:

• Introduction to the mammalian dive reflex.
• Diaphragmatic breathing.
• Refinement of techniques.
• Improved body posture.
• Dry exercises for better compensation.
• Safety protocols.

Next session:

• Stretches: focus on flexibility of the diaphragm and intercostal muscles.
• Static apnea: relaxing session to connect with the process before entering the water.

Port de Sant Miguel - After lunch, we will head to Es Pas de s’Illa, where we will practice freediving in crystal clear waters, focusing on enhancing our experience and pushing our limits further.

The session will take place along the line, reaching a maximum depth of 25 meters, where we will practice various disciplines of freediving.

September 20 - ADVENTURE TO THE CAVE OF LIGHT

Cala d’Aubarca - At noon, the sunlight enters the cave, creating an amazing light show.
With a depth of 12 meters, this unique place is one of the best to practice freediving on the island.
The adventure begins at 11:30 in the morning, near a small town called Sant Mateu. The trail descends towards the cave through a path that descends the cliff, offering stunning views of the coastline northwest of the island.
Once we reach sea level, it will be time to put on the freediving gear and immerse ourselves in the magic of the cave.

September 21 - FORMENTERA EXPEDITION

Cala Saona - A full day at sea.
We will explore two impressive cave galleries near Cala Saona, formed by the erosion of storms.
Hidden between the cliffs, these caves sparkle with stunning turquoise waters, a sandy bottom 8 meters deep, and air-filled caverns, suitable for all levels.

Santa Eulalia del Rio - Our boat will depart from the village of Santa Eulalia and, after a 40-minute tour, we will reach our destination.
We will return in the afternoon, enjoying a refreshing shower and will end the day with a delicious dinner at home.

September 22 - NATURAL POOLS AND REEF

Cala Xarraca - Day to explore the northeast coast.
This panoramic route will take us through sea caves and natural pools carved by sea erosion.
The real treasure awaits us beneath the surface: the Blue Holes, an underwater gallery of interconnected tunnels where sunlight creates a surreal atmosphere.
With a depth of up to 10 meters, this unique ecosystem feels like a hidden world.

Sant Jordi de ses Salines - After our dive, a delicious meal will be waiting at home, followed by a talk about photography, where we will share our best photos, tips, and anecdotes.
To finish the day, we will enjoy dinner in one of our favorite local restaurants.

September 23 - THE FAREWELL TO OUR JOURNEY

Ibiza Airport - The last day has come, and we will enjoy our breakfast together before we say goodbye to the island.
We must leave the house before 11 a.m., so we’ll have time to pack our bags and say farewell.
It will be a pleasure to have shown you the Ibiza we love, connecting with the sea and land.
