Beauty and tranquility! - Amazing experience! Amazing flight, better pilot! Congratulations to the whole team, there is a lot of work behind each flight! Exceptional from start to finish. - Excellent from start to finish. Picked up from hotel by Carlos who was so professional and friendly even at 5am! A warm welcome and instructions by team were clear and organised. Pilot Ricardo was very knowledgeable and friendly and fluent in multiple languages. The balloon ride was amazing. A water ceremony on arrival back at base and breakfast. Thoroughly recommend!

An absolutely unforgettable experience. - The staff was simply wonderful, attentive at all times and committed to us enjoying ourselves to the fullest. You could see the passion in every detail.
We had to fly with Ricardo, and we couldn’t have had a better pilot: he conveys security, serenity and love for what he does.
Going up to heaven in that balloon was magical. Seeing the world from above is something you don't forget.
We take with us a precious memory and enormous gratitude. Recommended with the heart, 100%.

A day to remember. - What a fantastic trip. Up early to catch the morning air. Be prepared to rise at 4.30am. Shuttled to the balloon club for a health and safety briefing. Then we were on our way to the launch site. It was great helping to set up the balloon for flight and our pilot Carlos was a steady hand. Our flight lasted over an hour with Carlos answering all our questions. The views from 1200 ft were amazing. We got some fantastic photos and videos. Our landing was perfect as we were in good hands, then back to the club for food and certs.

Recommended - Everything very well organized and really friendly. Get all the necessary info via WhatsApp (even in German) the day before. Perfect timing for sunrise. Calm flight, soft landing. Top view. We felt safe and secure. Great flight. Breakfast (optional) is also recommended.

Marketing for a a tad deceptive. - Let me be clear Balloon ride, pilot and support staff were amazing! Here is why it got three stars from us. The marketing for these rides is deceptive. We booked a “romantic balloon package for 4”. We ended up in a basket for 12, but a little compartment that fit 4. I was told by Ricardo, that “the sunrise in the balloon is the romantic part”, not being in a basket away from 8 other people. Second issue was the communication. We got a text literally the night before telling us that the time to meet was going to be an hour earlier than what we got online when we booked. And that if we missed this new time, there would be no refund. No mention of the address to meet at or any other helpful info, and when I replied back to ask him to confirm the distance from our hotel, I never got a response. Although the balloon experience was amazing, I think 3 stars is still generous

Not very good - They arrived late and made us help set up and pack up the balloons which got us very dirty and no air conditioning in the car trips not very professional
