• The complimentary service includes the rental of the device only – data packages are not included.

• You can select a data plan that suits your needs, ranging from 7 GB to 75 GB, all valid for 30 days.

• You’ll only pay for the data you use, with no additional rental fees for the device.

To ensure the safe return of the WiFi portable, a refundable deposit of IDR 500,000 (or $50 / €50) is required. Rest assured – this amount will be fully refunded when you return the device.

Return Process:

• The device must be returned at Ngurah Rai International Airport before your departure.

• The team will meet you at the airport to collect the device and refund your deposit in cash.
