A highlight of our trip - The Porto buggy adventure was one of the highlights for our trip. We saw some amazing sights out in the porto countryside. Vineyards, Roman ruins, flowers everywhere. It was blast driving through the brush and the villages. Highly, highly recommend!

Lots of fun. Nice trails. - We did the afternoon tour, overcast day with occasional light drizzle, but we preferred this over dust. Some nice hills to climb and some mud and water holes, we are experienced off road drivers and enjoyed the experience.

Amazing views and adrenaline just on the doorstep of Porto - We had lots of fun, and it was great to get away from the city for a bit. I would recommend it to any group who enjoys outdoor activities.

Shocking husband breakthrough - There's only one thing I need to say about this buggy adventure: in 6+ years of being married to my husband, traveling, going to theater, events, etc., my question of "how did you like it?" has never elicited more than ,"it was ok." Not this time. By the time we made our first stop, without my even asking, he was talking about how much he was enjoying it. That is an amazing thing for a guy whose motto is, "I hate fun." So, I would say it's definitely a guy thing -- not saying a woman wouldn't or couldn't do it, but you have to be really into driving a very big toy and be very strong. Automatic transmission, but no power steering. And if you're riding shotgun, as I was, you need to have a lot of confidence in your partner, as it's a VERY challenging and sometimes scary course, not for the faint of heart. If we weren't leaving Portugal today, hubs would probably be like a little kid saying, "when can we do that again??"

A great experience! - We had a super fun ride. It was adventurous, exciting but you can also enjoy the beautiful surroundings around Porto. And this one is breathtakingly beautiful. Highly recommended! One more tip: halfway through the trip, take a moment where you can have a drink. A nice coffee place, for example.
