• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
• Except for bottled water, medicine, and baby food, bringing outside food and beverages is not permitted.
• Guests must wear modest swimwear or shirts and t-shirts at all times for safety purposes
• For your comfort and safety, all guests are required to comply with the appropriate dress code when swimming or using the rides in the waterpark
• All swimming attire should be free of zippers, buttons, or other hard objects. Swim diapers will be required for infants
• Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings
• Rides or attractions may be closed at times due to bad weather, repairs, or maintenance
• The main traveler’s name must be the same as the name in your IC/passport. Incorrect names may cause invalidation of redemption
