(Open from June 01 to October 14. During the seasonal closure from October 15 to May 31, Moraine Lake will be replaced by Banff Sulphur Mountain and nearby attractions, including Banff Gondola (additional fee), Bow Falls, and Surprise Corner. The lunch stop will move from Lake Louise Village to Banff Town.)

A pleasant travel experience - Today, my husband and I had the pleasure of joining a one-day tour to Banff Sulphur Mountain and other attractions led by tour guide Rong Juan (Lisa), and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. Rong Juan (Lisa) is a talented and accomplished young guide who has a thorough grasp of the historical background of each site, effortlessly sharing her knowledge. What particularly stood out was her fluency in both Chinese and English throughout the tour, ensuring all guests, regardless of language, felt included—a truly impressive touch. Tour of Banff - The tour was the best I have ever been on. Simon was great, he introduced himself on Thursday and gave us the meeting place and time. We met with the tour on Friday and we set off to Banff. Simon spoke in English and Mandarin and kept us all informed of all the attractions we drove by. We had timely stops and restroom breaks as we progressed. Banff was great and the attractions we paid for fit the billing. We are really pleased with the tour and will recommend it to friends and family also.

Relaxing way to see the area - Last minute booking, as I had planned to drive, but this was so much more relaxing. Our tour guide was wonderful, getting us last minute tickets up the Gondola when we arrived. Very informative and excellent stops and timing.

Not to be trusted - This company sold us tickets that was supposed to take us Banff Gondola. It was clearly written on the description of the trip That we were going to pay for that ride but the tour guide would give us 90 minutes to complete the activity. However, the tour guide was given a totally different instruction and we could not get on the cable ride. We were not taken to Gondola. The tour guide offered to get us to Gondola but the company would not commit to getting us home from Banff. It was disappointing.
