Great whiskey tasting experience in Banff a only distillery! - I would highly recommend! The tour was very interesting and Aifric was a great tour guide. There was so much to learn and the whiskey tasting itself was super interesting!

Great tour of a local Canadian distillery with a tasting guide who was as warm and engaging as the whisky we sampled - This was a fantastic tour of a local distillery that not only made me understand the whisky distillation process but made me come away from the tasting with a new appreciation of whisky. Rory was our fantastic tour and tasting guide, giving us an excellent overview of Park Distillery’s history and its entry into distilling whisky. They walked us through the whole distillation process in such an engaging, warm and friendly manner that it felt like you were with a friend. Rory was excellent as our tasting guide, pouring us six different samples, highlighting the notes and subtle differences between each type of whisky helping us enjoy and appreciate each sample even more. The tour was so good we even purchased a bottle of Park’s Banff Whisky! What a great way to spend part of our New Year’s Eve evening.

An Outstanding Whisky Experience — Even for a Non-Whisky Drinker - had a fantastic experience on the distillery tour and whisky tasting at Park Distillery. From the moment the tour started, Rory’s energy was infectious. They were engaging, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. I’ll be honest—I’m not usually a big whisky fan. But this tour gave me a clear, approachable snapshot of the entire process, from grain to glass. Rory walked us through every step of production, explaining how whisky is made, how it matures, and why each stage matters. Tasting the whisky at different points in the process really brought the information to life and helped everything click. Somehow, Rory even managed to sell me on whisky (which is no small feat). In fact… I walked out with a bottle, which says everything you need to know about how good the tour (and the whisky) really is. I highly recommend taking the distillery tour before sitting down for a great meal at the Park—it adds so much context and makes the whole experience even better. I truly can’t recommend Rory enough. Thank you, Rory, for an informative, fun, and genuinely memorable tour!
