Make it a Must-Do - I'm telling everyone this is a Must-Do when in Banff. Jack was a great guide; the views were the feature event. Always felt safe - never a concern.

Juan’ce in a lifetime experience - My sister and I went on the Skyline trek and my god it was awesome. The pace was perfect to begin with and once you get the hang of it you feel more confident. Awesome views, really fun climbing and bridges, phenomenal guide. Special shout out to Juan who had us feeling incredibly safe and had us laughing so much. Would highly recommend. They have free shoe, pants and backpack hire!

Ridgewalker fun on Norquay - Did the Ridgewalker tour with Kyle as our guide. He made the tour really enjoyable. He was fun and safety conscious. We had a pretty wet and foggy day but that didn't bring down the enjoyment at all. Highly recommended

Loved it!! - Absolutely incredible experience! My husband and I did the explorer tour and loved it! We are both over 60 and had no problems with the physical demands, although we are both fairly fit. I was quite nervous to start, but our guide, Jordyn, was amazing. She was calm and reassuring, addressing all my concerns, including finding me new (and better) carabiners when I struggled to manipulate the original ones. I felt completely confident following her up the mountain. Cannot recommend this adventure enough!

Great experience! Highly recommend! - I loved the experience climbing with Katsu. He was thorough in his explanations, yet I didn’t feel talked down to. The views were incredible and the entire experience was fun. Now that I’ve experienced it, I would do a more challenging route next time.

Facilities are old, booking mistake and shuttle mishap - My adult son did the Skyline climb. The climb was good. Not the amazing photos you’ll see on TripAdvisor but it was a fun experience for him overall. The registration desk and restaurant are very old and outdated. This entire outfit seems very low rent. The staff at registration are not necessarily rude, but they certainly aren’t super helpful. The restaurant staff is awesome but again this is a very dated place (with beautiful views). Beware that the free shuttle is not communicated very well as far as the exact stop location. My son was there 20 minutes ahead of time and watched the driver blow right by without stopping because he was a few feet away. We had a mixup with booking on the part of the staff despite a clear email confirmation. All we got was a half hearted apology and a rebook for later in the day. Because our entire party was not doing this activity, and because they had to subsequently cancel or change their plans, this became a very expensive endeavor and pretty much burned a whole day for the rest of the group in Banff. The highlight was the wildlife we saw - lots of sheep - which really didn’t have anything to do with the outfitter but at least it made the experience memorable for all. I would choose a different activity over this one.

I wouldn't recommend for pre-teens/ early teens (from my perspective) - I would not recommend this for anybody without climbing experience or younger pre-teens/teens. The operator was professional and clear with instructions but the difficulty level was clearly shared. Our tour guide Alex was amazing. He shared the instructions well. But once on the rock face my teens had to navigate steep, rocky terrain that I wasn't aware of or prepared for. It then started raining heavily and I didn't feel save on the sections our teens were not clipped in for. When I advised Alex he was kind and got assistance for us to end our tour and come back down. Great company, and guides, but the difficulty level wasn't clear or accurately posted on viator site.
