Tour was great but no food included - We were picked up by the tuk tuk and our guide Ong. There were on time and both very pleasant. ong explained where we were going and asked what kind of food we wanted for dinner. We visited Wat Arun and photos were taken and we had a drink brought for us. The tour was really good and we got to see places we probably wouldn’t have visited alone especially at night time. We were given a bottle of water along the way and taken to a place that only sold Thai pad which we both like. Ong ordered our food and said he would be waiting outside when we were finished. When we went to leave to restaurant the girl on the till demanded payment which we paid but were surprised since we thought the meal was included in the price. We never received any dessert either in china town which we thought was included in the price. All in all the tour was great but no food was included as advertised so that sort spoiled the experience slightly. I would recommend this tour but would warn it doesn’t include any food.

Bangkok by tuk tuk at night - Our guide, Peter & driver, Chi, were excellent! We had the best time seeing the many sights of Bangkok at night. They stopped at several spots for pictures which was excellent plus we walked through Chinatown which was an real experience! Peter was a little hard to understand but he tried very hard to make sure we knew what we were seeing & that we felt safe.

Khob Kuhn ka Kiki!!! - This was an enjoyable tour, the TukTuk was so much fun and we really appreciated our Guide Kiki’s kindness and willingness to share her culture with us. She answered all our questions wonderfully! A couple of the stops were unfortunately closed when we arrived but we did the best we could and Kiki did well to keep things moving along despite. Especially loved that she took photos for us and sent them all to us afterwards. The food was incredible, it was really great having a local guide to order for us and pick some delicious recommendations that we certainly wouldn’t have tried ourselves!

Depends a lot on Tuk-Tuk - Tuk-Tuk ordered by guide had high seat/low roof so couldn't see anything when seated inside. Guide was hard to understand, not proficient in english.

Unhappy! - Unfortunately hard to enjoy when your guide cannot speak or understand English! Mind you that's what we booked "English Speaking Guide"! Trip of a lifetime for us and unfortunately this tour did not deliver. Not happy at all!

Total scam!!!! - This is my first EVER bad review of a tour. We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel by tuk tuk and have an itinerary with: a stop at Wat Arun to see the grounds, snacks a local street market in Wongwian yai area, a drive across the river, visit the Giant swing, have dinner at a restaurant, drive by the Grand Palace, stop at the flower market and walk through, and go to China Town for dessert. However, we were met by our guide Aou at the hotel with 1 tuk tuk. She and the driver were on the phone trying to reach the company but she said they weren't answering and had only provided 1 tuk tuk for 4 tall people plus herself. So, she crammed us into 1, took a pic on her phone for proof and said she would meet us in Chinatown where we could get a second one. She did and then she took a picture of us with 2 tuk tuk on her phone. We then went to the golden Buddha temple stopped fot out, had a photo outside. She told us there is a solid gold large Buddha inside and no other info. We left after 5 minutes and stopped near Chinatown. She took our pic with the large structure ar the entrance and then walked us to the Chinese temple near by. She told us it has free medical care with Chinese medicine and the name of the goddess. Then took a pic. That is the total of information we got about Chinatown. We then walked down the street to the food stalls she said "you have 600 baht to spend on food for all of you total. Pick what you want.". No guidance or suggestions as we walked. We felt totally lost and confuses. What was the point of a guide if they don't show you what is nice to eat? Finally I said we don't know anything good to try except mango sticky rice. So she got us 2 servings that we shared. Then I finally asked for a more definite suggestion and she said this stall is a Michelin star spot. So we sat at the table on the street and we got 2 servings of pork intestine soup. I wasn't interested so I said I would wait for the food later. My girls ate one of the bowls . My husband got a piece of duck and some crispy pork whichebhe shared with them as well. She said you have money left so we got 1 aerving of a Japanese crepe just to try and spend some of the baht but my husband and 1 daughter share that. I figures this must be the street food snacks mentioned in the itinerary so I'd wait for dinner. We then got in the tuk tuk drove to the grand Palace and took a pic outside, we drove through the flower market without stopping. I took some blurry photos as we went through. We stopped at a viewpoint on the opposite side of the river from wat Aruna ND took a pretty picture but no info about the temple was given. We stopped at one more temple with a statue and she gave us a few pieces of info. However the all the other info she gave was pointing at a building and naming it as we drove past but she was only in my rik tuk so mu husband and daughter in the other said they just were driven around with no info. Finally she took us back to our hotel. I was so confused. I showed her the itinerary and she said "oh, the company just said to take you for snacks on Chinatown and drive you ro a few locations. How much did you pay for this?" I told her and she said I should complain. We didn't do half of the itinerary and I never ate. We had booked through Viator so I sent them a message and I also sent a message to YTS Holiday the actual tour provider. Viator requested a refund for me. YTS Holiday told them they had given us the whole itinerary and 2 tuk tuks. They sent 4 pics as proof. 1 was the pic she took after we got the 2nd tuk tuk. One was of us at the pork intestine soup place. One was us in front of a food stall and one was a pic of us across the river from wat Arun. Viator said that was proof. I responded that they were being lied to and that I had never complained about a tour before and I was upset to not be believed. I asked them to follow up with the company for proof of the other 5 missing things from the itinerary because I know they can't show that. I cant prove we didn't do something only what we did do. They said they would exlacalate things to a "higher department" I am waiting to hear back. In the meantime YTS Holiday also sent me the same response via WhatsApp. I asked about the missing items several times and they would dodge the question. Finally they stopped responding. I offered to give viator pics of my conversation with YTS Holiday because it is obvious they don't want to answer my questions. I also offered my pics and videos as proof of what we actually did. The tour guide never sent me any she took. I booked this tour 8 months in advance and homesltu I think they either forgot about us and scrambled to make something last minute or they gave alight version of it because when I booked it was much cheaper and now things are more expensive for them. The process of this tour has gone up since I booked. Anyway, I feel this was a total scam. I am out 232 bucks with my one and only bad experience on Thailand. Don't book this!!!
