Great Tour - I booked this for my family for their first time visiting Bangkok as i was not traveling with them. They came back with great review from the company, from the driver, communication, giving them informantion and aslo adjesting the tour to their their need. The really loved it and actullay suggested I leave a review since they had such a gret time.
So thank you so much for taking care of my family and allowing them to experince Bangkok in a possitve way

John our friend - Omg he wasn’t just a driver he became our friend John our personal driver/tour guide was amazing so glad we found him in day 1 .
He not only took us on tours but took photos of us without even asking, we told him what we would like to do and it was all without no hassle or problem couldn’t do enough for us ,
What a lovely kind man John is a credit to this world

Wonderful Experince - This was an awesome experience, our driver Suvanlee was exceptional. She was perfectly on time and just a wonderful host. We have the best time and covered a large amount of Bangkok and outside in an efficient and pleasant journey. I cannot recommend this tour enough, it is a perfect way to see Bangkok and the areas you are interested in. The local knowledge was great and thus allowing us to get the maximum out of the trip. Suvanlee was so friendly and the car was just wonderful, modern and very comfortable. If you are looking for a fantastic experience with a wonderfully helpful local this is the tour for you.

Comfortable easy tour of Bangkok - A great way to see the main points of interest in Bangkok. The driver was very friendly and told us a little about the places we visited. She also waited for us when our flight was late and kept in touch. The car was comfortable.

Safe clean vehicle. Driver not much of a host. - Clean vehicle and safe driver. Our driver seemed more interested in having us pay additional fees and/or not go a minute over our allotted time. Even when she wasn’t in the designated pick up spots on time. Polite but didn’t seem terribly interested in making sure we saw the sites or had a good time.

Disappointed - We booked this trip to see the Grand Palace only to find out that the Place closed at 3pm so we were not able to see the inside of the Palace. also our driver did not speak English so we had every difficult time communicating with her. it was so boring my husband fell asleep as we were driving to the Palace. I will never book through Viator again. This is the 3rd incident we have had within 2 weeks. I reache out before the driver pick us up. To let them know she had phoned us and could not speak English. What is a private tour if you are just riding and cannot communicate. She had to use her phone for the little communication we had. She appeared to be nice.

Might as well get a tuk tuk... - Honestly? A pretty average experience. He arrived on time, the car was air conditioned... Those were the good parts.
Guide barely spoke English and told me I talk for too long. Took us to the Grand Palace, parked quite a bit away and had to walk halfway around the building to find out from a local that it had closed earlier in the day for a ceremony.
Next stop Reclining Buddha - he didn't take us there, he put us in a tuk tuk which was an added cost to us. When picking us up from there it took almost 30mins to be collected, which only happened after we had to get a local to get on my phone and explain where we were because he didn't understand - after which in the car he told me I talk for too long!
Finally dropped us at ICONSIAM where we said we were done and would make our own way home, because we were just over the average service. After this the booking company still messaged us at the tour end time to find out if we were finishing the tour there as the driver was leaving.
Also no sight of the bottled water that is apparently included but thankfully it's super cheap to buy when out and about and can be found everywhere!

Not a good experience. - Our tour driver did not really speak English. Also, she would silently drive us to a tour site location and drop os off with instructions to call when we were done. Then she would drive us to the next site and drop us off: No history, explanation or information. We have been used to tour guides who like to share their love and knowledge of the chosen sites. We finally gave up and took a pass on the last site and had her drop us a a store we wanted to visit. Perhaps Viator has different standards.

The place we visit was... - The place we visit was beautiful! But the personal driver that we have always rushing us,yelling got some hot temper attitude does not speak english also. On our receipt water bottle is included but he never offer and then the end of the day he asked for 300baht. Not sure if he shared it to his partner.
