Amazing experience - It was an incredible experience. The tour was completely tailored to my preferences. My guide always told me the history of each temple, including local stories. She supported me with every request. I was very satisfied with the tour.

Hot but worth it. - We enjoyed visiting the palaces and sky walk with Kiki. She was attentive and very knowledgeable. She was very concerned for our health. 107F by midafternoon. She made sure we had plenty of AC and Water breaks. Wee was our driver. He was very attentive, traffic was heavy. He was always right there to pick us up at every stop.

Excellent and varied Bangkok experience - Very interesting trip around the Golden Temple area of Bangkok with a lovely and informative Guide called Kanny.
Due to the heat and humidity She took us to an amazing boat trip along the River and Canal areas, which cooled us down.
This was amazing and very worthwhile and really unmissable..
Lastly a walk around the local Market area and really experienced the buzz and colour of this interesting and vibrant City.
The Driver was first class in collecting and delivering us to and from the Ship in a very safe and comfortable vehicle.
We had a fascinating, tiring but lovely day.

Great experience - Nae was a wonderful guide. Catered well to our preferences. Was kind and patient with the kids. Set the pace we were hoping for. Highly recommend. (We were on a cruise ship and decided to spend the night in Bangkok which was a great way to experience more of the city.)

Excellent Port to Bangkok day out. - Very efficient collection from Cruise Port and onward drive into central Bangkok by an excellent driver.
Kanny the guide was ready for us and took us to the Golden Temple and other marvellous buildings with a knowledgeable commentary.
She also arranged a Canal and River trip which was an excellent way to see parts of this lovely City.
After a walk around the local Market our Driver skilfully drove us through pretty heavy traffic back to the Ship.
A tiring, and hot day but immensely enjoyable.

Great experience - Great experience, we stayed around Pattaya. We did not want the 2.5 hrs ride to Bangkok. We got to experience everything you ever wanted to experience. Kiki lets you do your own thing with recommendations. It’s a must to book with Mr Siriton if he’s available. Very knowledgeable about the city. He will let you know the best places for food and a massage (must do).

Knowledgeable Guide with an Efficient driver. - I found my my guide a little difficult to understand everything.
However she was very kind and helpful answering all our questions and looking after us .

Bangkok highlights - If travelling from cruise terminal time to Bangkok advertised as 1.5hrs it will take at least 2hrs to drop off point due to sheer volume of traffic in and around the city. Driver was on time nice clean modern vehicle. The guide had fairly good english, the tour was a little hurried as the guide was obviuosly sticking to a tight schedule. We had to request him to slow down so we could take photos and absorb the sights. Highlights, Royal Palace, boat trip (optional extra), tuk tuk ride, and meal in local cafe. If on a cruise and ship staying overnight a good tip is to book a hotel room overnight.

Supposed to be a personalized tour, but they had their own agenda. - We booked a private tour from a cruise port to Bangkok for the day. When booking this experience, we were told we would be setting the itinerary when we met our tour guide and we will pay for entrance fees. However, what happened was a driver met us at the port, which was very convenient, but he didn't speak English. He drove us to Bangkok and dropped us at the palace where we met our tour guide who proceeded to quickly take us into the palace. She never asked if we wanted to see it and when we showed her our list of places we'd like to go, she said there wouldn't be time for any of them other than the palace and one temple on our list. She proceeded to take us to several temples and a ferry to an island with another Temple. She spoke English very well and gave an excellent tour, but it was definitely not personalized. We had to pay the entry fee to all places she took us to because it was a "personalized" tour, we would not have chosen to go to everywhere she took us. I would have been happy to do some shopping, but she said there was no time. I was even ready to purchase something from a vendor on the street that we were walking by, but she said no, no time for that and rushed us into our car to take us to another Temple. I would have rather spent 5 minutes with the vendor and didn't understand why if it was our personal car to use, why the car couldn't wait for us.
If we had paid for one of their selected tours, I wouldn't have had any complaints. But because it was supposed to be personalized for what we wanted to do, we did not receive what we thought we were paying for.
