By 6 PM, participants will enjoy the sunset from the volcano’s peak and experience cooking simple meals, often eggs and bananas, using natural resources found near the peak.
After the sunset, the group will return to the camping site to prepare dinner, cook, and enjoy a cozy campfire. On full moon nights, the view is breathtaking, and during a new moon, the stars are more visible than ever.
The following day, an early wake-up is planned to witness the stunning sunrise from the top of Mt. Batur, a sight that rivals any other. On clear days, Mount Rinjani on Lombok Island is easily visible.
