We’ll go to look at Tungurahua volcano on an ecological trail up to reach a sector called Nahuazo in which we would be able to observe the different vegetation typical to this area.
Upon reaching Nahuazo, we can see a source of sparkling mineral water flowing from the ground, ruins of past Tungurahua volcano eruptions, sulfur and volcanic rocks.
The trip is one hour one way and one hour back.

Unexpectedly fun! At... - Unexpectedly fun! At first I thought it was simply gonna be a ride around town and it was starting to feel underwhelming. But the guide soon led us to a more "jungle-like" path with amazing viewpoints! It was a relaxing and calming ride. The horses were docile and seemed well-kept. I appreciated that my guide allowed me to go at my own pace. It was tranquil and I liked it a lot.

Great Horseback Riding Experience in Baños, Ecuador. - Some of us are experienced riders but some of us are really beginners and they manage to cater the rides and horses for both our needs to make a magical experience. We were able to ride freely as well as trot and canter. The views were breathtaking. The horses are very well cared for.

Great Horseback Riding Trip in Baños, Ecuador! - We were very nervous about riding a horse but once we arrived, the guide had us straight at ease.
The horses were all shod and in excellent condition.
They cater for all abilities having 2 guides when necessary .
It was very windy but the horses just carried on nothing bothered them. we rode out over the trails overlooking the mountains, very nice scenery. Those who wanted a faster ride and canter were able to do this while the others enjoyed a steady pace.
We will definitely be back such lovely people and great facilities for all abilities.

Wonderful Experience - We had a great time on our trail ride. It was pretty neat to ride thru the streets of Banos and then cross a stream on the trail.

Gritty up horsey! - The friendly atmosphere, scenery and tour guide Isaac made it spectacular. It was my hubby and I only so it felt like a private event. Much appreciated and highly recommended for a long ride.

Not recommended, do not keep appointments, weird draft - It was not such a special trip. After a nasty experience at Cotopaxi, where the Spanish speaking guide said nothing, we booked a trip with English guide! Next we get a young boy who does not speak a word of English, and therefore does not say and explain anything. Part of the trip also goes through Baños, also strange. We had reported neatly at 9 am, they knew nothing, had to wait another 1.5 hours, but neatly with excuses. The absolute lowest point was a stop at a Hansel and Gretel house in the jungle, where we could drink (for a fee) and where we were urged to play in the playground, really super stupid. The trip requires a lot of improvement.
