Once in a Lifetime Experience! - Incredible full day trip with Pedro and Carolina. They picked me up directly at where I am staying, and were kind (and funny!) from the get go. The timing of everything was perfect. Be prepared for some hiking (nothing too strenuous, but definitely a work out.) Wear comfortable shoes/breathable clothing! Everything was well worth it. The lunch (which is included) was very tasty! Carolina and Pedro also added nice touches to the trip. They were very understanding of me practicing my Spanish, and we got ice cream, and ate cuy (guinea pig)! While walking through the jungle, we tasted different fruits —right off the trees! All so yummy. The Devil’s Cauldron waterfall was amazing! We ended the trip with a visit to the “Swing at the End of the World”. That was really special. I couldn’t have asked for a better planned trip with good company. I was in good hands with Pedro and Carolina.

The adventure continues with a visit to the Agoyan Waterfall and a thrilling cable car ride over the Pastaza River. As you cross the river, the cascading waters of the Manto de la Novia waterfall create a mesmerizing spectacle. One reviewer shared their experience on 2025-02-08:
Do this excursion with Pedro & Jimmy! - We had an amazing day in Cotopaxi and Banos! The clouds were not the most cooperative in Cotopaxi to get the full view, but Pedro still made the trip interesting with fun facts and the history of this “young” volcano. Next a beautiful drive to Banos. I cannot say enough about this part of the adventure. The majesty of the waterfalls, especially el Pailon de Diablo! Just Wow! Do not miss this! The cable car across the river and back was absolutely thrilling. The walk up to the Tree House has beautiful views of the Andes Mountains. You literally feel like you’re on top of the world as you swing out into the clouds. Pedro and Jimmy could not have been more accommodating. On a mother daughter trip, we felt safe at all times and Pedro and Jimmy opened the door for us at every single stop. What gentleman! Thank you Pedro and Jimmy for this life memory!
