Best Ski Instructor in Bansko - We had a fantastic experience with Twins Ski School in Bansko. Our instructor, Rado, provided private family lessons, including for our 5-year-old who was skiing for the first time. He was incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging throughout. After just two days, our daughter was already skiing confidently — which says everything about the quality of Rado’s teaching. The customer service from the school was also excellent: responsive, flexible, and very accommodating when our plans changed. I genuinely doubt there is a better ski instructor than Rado in Bansko. Highly recommended.

Best instructor in Bansko! - We booked private lessons for our family and hired equipment with Twins Ski. We were so happy with our instructor Radoslav. He was very patient with our 5 year old daughter and extremely accommodating and helpful. We felt like we were really looked after. The staff at the store took the time to find good fit for us. I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent! Would highly recommend! - We have just returned from Bansko with our 9 and 5 year old and booked with Twin Ski school and communication was excellent and easy through what’s app! We booked 2 hour session for 6 days fo both boys and they absolutely loved it! Teddy, their instructor was excellent with them and they couldn’t wait for their lessons everyday! They hadn’t really been skiing before and by the second day they were skiing on the ski road and their confidence and skills were improving with each session!! Amazing experience - I had an amazing experience at this ski & snowboard school! The equipment was high-quality and well maintained, and the service from the entire team was excellent. Our instructors were professional, patient, and truly skilled – they not only taught us proper technique but also helped us build the confidence to ride more difficult slopes. Thanks to them, we progressed much faster than expected and enjoyed every moment on the mountain. Highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn, improve, and feel supported at every step!

Highly recommend - I give TWINS 5 stars I cannot fault them. Radoslav was a pleasure to communicate with, he sorted everything out, nothing was a problem. He organised our return transfers from Plovdiv to Bansko. Our ski instructors Martin & Nikolaus were fantastic and well matched to us. Exceptional ski instruction for our children - highly recommend! - Our families visited Bansko during the February Half Term, comprising two families with a total of five children aged between 8 and 12, all of whom had never skied before. Due to the unprecedented demand that week, the group lessons we had planned through our tour operator fell through. A couple of days into our trip, I reached out to Twins Ski School after some research, and it turned out to be the best decision we made. Radoslav responded promptly via WhatsApp, expressing his willingness to accommodate us despite the short notice. Within the time it took for us to have lunch, he arranged a 2-hour tuition session for the following afternoon. He sent detailed instructions and photos of the meeting point, ensuring we knew exactly where to go and introduced us to Martin, the instructor who would be working with our children. Martin was punctual and immediately connected with the kids, taking them to one of the practice slopes. After two hours, we returned to find them confidently sliding down, making controlled turns, and, most importantly, smiling. Impressed by their progress, we booked another session for the following day. This time, Martin introduced them to the drag lift ski slope, and they descended with joy and newfound confidence. Martin assessed their readiness for the Ski Road down into town and advised us to attempt it in the morning when it was less crowded. Following his advice, we embarked on the Ski Road the next morning, and the children were thrilled with their accomplishment. They enjoyed it so much that we repeated the run, stopping for lunch halfway down before completing the descent. This experience transformed our holiday, allowing us to enjoy the rest of the week with the children eager and excited to ski. A heartfelt thank you to Radoslav for organizing these sessions at such short notice and to Martin for his exceptional instruction and patience. Their efforts made our holiday memorable, and we cannot recommend Twins Ski School highly enough. We would use again if we return - hopefully next year!

Excellent ski lessons - We took private lessons for my daughter, the instructor was very knowledgeable and helped my daughter improve a lot. It was very easy to book the lessons and we even added extra hours last minute and they managed to accommodate us.

The best ski instructor! - 5 stars! I had some private sessions with the AMAZING Donny who took me through from a beginner to skiing down red runs within three days! Thank you so much Donny and the team for teaching me this new skill. I had the best time and recommend him to all!

Outstanding personalised lessons - We booked 2 sets of private lessons - 1 for kids and 1 for adults. The lessons were fun and helpful and everyone made outstanding progress. My son went from absolutely beginner to parallel turns in 4 days! Don’t book with the big soulless companies. These guys genuinely care about your progress!
