Nicaragua 2week trip January 2025 - I and my wife had a wonderful two-week trip of Nicaragua, thanks to our guide David Rosales owner of travel agency “Enjoy Nicaragua”. We travelled almost all over the country. David was with us every day. He received us at the airport and saw us of at the end of the trip. He speaks fluent English. He has very good knowledge of the geological history of the land We hiked up several volcanoes and on lush green trails on the rim of two volcanoes. Hiking down the Cerro Negro volcano looked very scary and intimidating but it was quite safe and lot of fun. Mombacho volcano cloud forest walk was very scenic. The views from Marduk garden hotel looking down into the valley were absolutely breathtaking. The cities of Leon and Grenada are very charming. Ometepe island about one hour from the mainland is very interesting. We had a beautiful lake front bungalow. We spent last 2 days of our trip in the beautiful town of San Juan del Sur on the Pacific Ocean. Nicaragua has very low crime rate compared to most other countries in Central and South America. We felt very safe walking in the night. Also prices are very reasonable- coming from US, every thing looked cheap. I would strongly recommend “Enjoy Nicaragua” if you decide to visit this beautiful country.

Incredible Experience - Really great spot. I had a blast and everyone there was delightful. Great service and experience, everything was clean and organized and the staff were more than helpful. 100% going back.

Too good, I'll go back, - Very good ride. You shouldn't get seasick, though, because even without wind, you're in a sailing boat and you're pacing the waves of the sea.

Rare day in October for Windjammer (Margaret Todd) sail out of Bar Harbor, Maine. - Beautiful day for our afternoon cruise! Courteous crew, friendly passengers. Informative Captain. Saw loons, harbor porpoises. Lovely park at Bar Harbor to wait for boarding.

Sailing away - Wonderful way to see the Bar Harbor shoreline. Crew was very polite and very professional. Captain pointed out all the safety rules.

Schooner foray - Voyage takes you out into a beautiful bay. Would recommend a jacket because it gets chilly out on the water. Crew was organized and friendly.

Book this boat trip! - A great outing! The boat ride was cancelled on Saturday due to extremely high winds. The company called us and asked if we wanted to rebook for Sunday or if we wanted a full refund. We were still going to be in Bar Harbor so we rebooked and had a wonderful time! Lasted about an hour and a half. Only thing I’d change is that it was hard to hear over the loudspeakers for any info they were trying to tell us. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!

Leisurely outing - The views were amazing. We took so many photos. Favorite part was going by the island where eagles nest and we got to see two adult bald eagles and a young one flying overhead.

Pleasant but not informative, no wildlife seen, very little crew interaction - Pleasant but boring, very little crew interaction, not informative. Would not take trip again. Disappointed not to see seals or dolphine

Underwhelming cruise - The boat pulled out of the dock, travelled a less than a mile out and returned. There were several small islands the ship could have sailed around. Not worth the money
