Superb food tour! - A superb and insightful tour with Alex. Starting at the market, we learnt so much about the Iberian food culture and got to sample plenty of delicious bites as well as visiting shops and restaurants around a wide area of the city. A wonderfully educational and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

One of our Best Food Tours Anywhere - We usually try to take a food tour in most places that we visit. This one, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex provided an outstanding blend of knowledge about the food, local culture, and food-culture (meal times, portions, food origins) all with a great sense of humor and wit. His ability to warmly engage with a group of strangers really enhanced the tour. This was one of our most memorable experiences in Barcelona.

Great food tour with an excellent guide - We had this tour under the guide of Alexandra and honestly it was one of the best things we did duri g our staying in Barcelona.
Food was amazing, all the stops were selected with care and for every food there was a story to go go with.
The knowledge of the city and culture our guide had made our tour superlative. Really happy despite the rain!

Best Tour in Barcelona!! - What an experience!!!!
First of all Alex was fantastic!!! He was very personable, friendly, engaging, and we felt so comfortable upon meeting him.
Alex was extremely knowledgeable about Barcelona, Catalan culture, foods and wine. You will experience different types of cheeses, cold cured meats, paella, and famous drinks Vermut and Cava .
Highly recommend this tour with Alex!!!

Perfect food and history tour in Barcelona - show up hungry! - We did a wonderful tour with Alexandra this week in Barcelona. The food and food history were perfect, and she did the best job explaining the history. We came away with great local knowledge - highly recommend. Anem a fer el vermut!

A splendid culinary tour with a passionate, knowledgeable guide! Thank you Alexandra. - A splendid food tour. Extremely well organized, with delectable edibles at each stop. Our guide, Alexandra, shared her knowledge and love of Catalan cuisine & culture with us, with great passion. Her energy was all encompassing. In addition, she was careful to consider our individual needs, mine as a pescatarian, my fellow traveler’s as a gluten free person.

Authentic family run food tour of Barcelona - I had a fantastic food tour with Alex. We went to a lot of places that I would not have found on my own. Authentic family run places. There was market food, bar/cafe food (la bomba!) and a beautiful seafood paella to finish in Barceloneta. Washed down with Cava. Whilst moving between venues he explained about the food, history and culture. I highly recommend this tour if you want a little off the beaten track. I really hope you do. It's worth it.

Great introduction to Barcelona! - This was relaxed and engaging. Dominic was our guide, and in low season it was us and one other couple. The great thing is the tour combines historic locations with local food. Dom is experienced with and has practical knowledge about Barcelona. He has a great sense of humor and can customize the experience to the group’s interests. We felt ourselves warming to Barcelona on this tour and went on to have a really great week there. Highly recommended!
