- Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
- Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to make the indicated tour, and make a series of stops already set, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. It is important to note that the 60-minute tour does not stop. On the 120-minute tour you will stop in Montjuic, while on the 180- and 240-minute tours you will also stop in the Olympic Port and Pedralbes. Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs.

- The pick-up point is located where the lift access to the “Interparking Novedades” car park is located, located at Carrer de Casp 13 (08010), opposite the entrance of the ME Barcelona hotel. Please wait in front of the entrance elevator to the car park, at street level. Your driver-guide will come to that point to pick you up.
