Take part in a comprehensive tour around Barcelona to see such notable spots as the well-known Park Guell and the celebrated Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The Sagrada Familia, a major work by Gaudí, is a colossal basilica in Barcelona that has been in a perpetual state of construction since 1882 and its completion isn’t foreseen for a while. Post the tour of the Sagrada Familia, our journey takes us to Park Güell. This park began to take form in 1900 after Count Eusebi Güell purchased a tree-filled slope (which was then outside of Barcelona) and commissioned Gaudí to construct a small city for the affluent surrounded by lush gardens.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that the starting time is different depending on the time of the year
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.
- The guide will be waiting for you inside “Emporio Souvenirs” shop
- Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks
- Kindly note that the ID of children under 11 years old may be required to access the monument
- It is mandatory that children under 11 years old seat on a baby car seat. Amigo Tours can not provide it. Please bring your own baby car seat.
- Not recommend for travelers with reduced mobility.

ALL EXCELLENT - Martha was excellent in her treatment and knowledge. The detail of showing photos and teaching step by step is luxurious.

Great tours - bad connection - The tours themselves were great. I would recommend them both -HOWEVER, the transition from one to the other was very bad.

Familia Sagrada and Park Guell - This was a walking tour to Familia Sagrada and Park Guell. My husband uses a mobility scooter and I explained in detail what he could and couldn’t do before we booked this tour.Apparently, this information was not passed on to the tour company as they had no idea we had an mobility scooter. This is the second time Viator failed to pass this information on to the tour company. Consequently, the tour guide wasn’t very pleased to see us. She was alternately brusque and rude or nice and helpful. She did try her best to accommodate us most of the time. The tour in Park Guell ended early for because my husband wasn’t able to to do the last part. I wanted to continue and meet him afterward but the guide seemed frustrated and didn’t have time to deal with helping us meet at the end. She seemed glad not to have us part of this tour anymore. The information about the tour said ig would end at the same place the tour started but it ended at Park Guell. I felt this was over-priced for what we got.

Let down by Amigo Tours - We booked the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell Combo Tour months ago, we get a notification the afternoon before without reason that they cannot facilitate the Park Guell tour, we were offered the Sagrada tour with a discount to which we replied but never even given a reply, not only is this disappointing but the lack of communication wasn't helpful either.

SCAM! - Scammed by this agency as I had booked a park guell tour in Barcelona via the all inclusive pass purchased with Go City. Later I cancel the pass because it did not allow me to book the entrance to the Sagrada Familia, I ask the operator if canceling the pass automatically cancels the reservation at the park guell, I am told yes. The day before the park guell tour, I take part in the Sagrada Familia guided tour with Amigo Tours (I also buy access to the towers) and before the visit starts I receive an email from Amigo tours reminding me of my reservation at the park guell! At this point I turn to the guides and explain everything saying I want to cancel, I am told that they will take care of it.... moral of the story? I was deducted from my card the full cost of the guided tour that I never did. Congratulations... never again with Amigo Tours

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - It was a terrible experience we had with Amigo Tours in Barcelona. If I could, I would give them -5 stars, but I am forced to put only one to write this review. We had a Guide called Silvia in Park Guell and ended up abandoning the tour because we spent too much time in the same place. Silvia repeated the same information over and over again, which caused us to waste our precious time.
In addition, for the next tour at La Sagrada Familia, we arrived 10 minutes late and the guard supervisor informed us that Silvia had refused to allow us in. When we contacted Amigo Tours looking for a solution, we were denied any options, not even offered the possibility to reschedule the tour for another day.
I work with public service and Amigo Tours should NOT offer tours to tourists. The level of customer service they provide is unacceptable.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
