Fun and a little... - Fun and a little challenging. Was extremely glad we did this. Our guide was patient, and made sure we knew how to operate the Segway before venturing. We were able to see and learn so much about this beautiful city.

Fantastic activity - Brilliant experience - I had booked for my son (aged 15) and me, but hadn’t seen on the website that it was 16+. The team were great - refunding the difference and offering an extended e bike tour to wherever we wanted (as we were the only people). Dany was superb - took everything at the right pace, explained just the right level of info and was really personable and friendly. They turned what could have been a disappointment into the best bit of our stay - thank you :)

A must do to see Barcelona - This tour was FANTASTIC!!! Super fun and educational way to see and learn about Barcelona. Daniel is an extremely knowledgeable and very fun guide. I’d come back and do it again, for the fun and the learnings. If you’re thinking about it, just do it!!

Super fun way to discover the city! - We had the BEST time discovering parts of the city by Segway! I was so nervous about learning to drive one but our instructor was so patient and kind and so informative. After about 5 minutes I knew what I was doing!
Learned the history of the whole area - such an amazing experience!

I visited Barcelona for a short city break from the UK with my family of four and booking a Segway tour turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The service was exceptional from the very beginning. The team were incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to book less than 24 hours before the tour and on a bank holiday too.
We had an English‑language tour and were the only family booked for that time slot, which made the experience feel even more personal. When we arrived, the professionalism and warmth of the staff was immediately clear. Our guide, Ruslan, was an absolute credit to the company. He went above and beyond to tailor the route and commentary to our group, making the full two‑hour tour unforgettable.
His knowledge of the city was outstanding, and his etiquette with other road users and pedestrians was impeccable, which made us feel safe and well‑looked‑after throughout. As a tour guide myself back home, I can confidently say this was a top‑tier experience. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to book with them again.

Edwin with Orange Fox was... - Edwin with Orange Fox was an awesome guide on our Segway tour! He showed us some really cool sights around the city and shared great insights along the way. He also gave us solid recommendations for exploring Barcelona on our own, which we truly appreciated. Edwin is super cool, knowledgeable, and has a diverse background—including being a martial arts fighter—which really reflects the vibrant, multicultural spirit of Barcelona. Highly recommend him and this tour!

More details from TripAdvisor needed - My son and I were excited for a Segway tour and found several options via TripAdvisor. Other than reviews and the length of time, no details were provided. It turns out that the 1.5 hour tour has a significantly different itinerary than the 2 hour tour, one is city, one is waterfront. There was no info about the location of the business until after booking, so one cannot XC pose a tour closer to one’s lodging. Ultimately we were given an e-bike tour though we had booked a Segway tour. Many stops were good but some info was designed toward shopping advice rather than understanding the history and famous artists other than Gaudi. TripAdvisor gets 1 star and the guide gets 4 stars. The itineraries of the tours should be available.

Don't pay extra for the longer tour - We didn't get what we paid for. We paid extra for the extended 2.5 hours extended Segway tour of Barcelona, hoping to see more of the City. Sadly, we were given the same 1.5 hours tour as other customers who had not paid the extra money. I complained after the tour and was told that we could go out again but that wasn't the point really, the point is that we should have had the full tour. The guide was nice to be fair and what we saw was good, but I expected more. I complained through Viator who gave me a refund for the extra money paid. Thank you Viator, you are fantastic

Buyer Beware - DON’T DO IT. Total screw up from the start. Didn’t have enough charged Segways, guide filled in with a bike, started the 2.5 hour tour late and proceeded in the wrong direction. When I asked the guide about this, he responded that we had to go this way for the beach tour. WE BOOKED THE 2.5 HOUR GAUDI SEGWAY TOUR!!!! So we backtracked wasting the first hour. They didn’t even know what tour we had booked. So then the guide takes us to El Born. Again not part of what we had booked. I showed the guide the specific itinerary that was sent to me from his company (none of which we had yet seen) and he says that that’s impossible to do in 2.5 hours and that was an itinerary from years back. HENCE, BAIT AND SWITCH. We “negotiated” (actually an ass chewing) to go to some of the Gaudi sites that we wanted to see. When at Casa Batilo, I asked about an interesting building nearby and the guide said that he knew nothing about it. It was actually one of the stops on our booked tour. Of the 14 itinerary stops sent to me directly from the company, we ended up seeing 8. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will be pursuing getting my money back, or at the very least, making a huge scene at their place of business.
BUYER BEWARE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
